    I purchased the laptop not for gaming, but for normal use and work from home. I am not qualified to get into the technical side of things, but from a practical standpoint there are a few issues that are bugging me to the point that I want to return the laptop to BestBuy. First of all; it is a matte black/gray laptop however the manufacturer didn't think of making it fingerprint proof or at least fingerprint resistant? I end up constantly wiping the keyboard as it looks terrible. Second, the battery life is dismal. I timed it at 6 hours from fully charged to 20% with normal use. No gaming, videos or similar. Just work and research. Should've bought a MacBook. My kids have those and the battery lasts for days without charging. The laptop is heavy, again the MacBooks in our household feel like a feather compared to this thing. The laptop has already crashed twice for no good reason (I've had it for two weeks tops). Every day at 3PM it disconnects from my WIFI for some mysterious reason. I don't see much improvement in the display quality compared to my old HP from 2016. The only upside is that I got it on sale. However I will be most likely returning and purchasing a MacBook.

    I find this computer quite impressive. However, it's worth noting that it tends to be on the heavier side, and there have been occasional keyboard glitches while typing. Nonetheless, these are minor concerns in the grand scheme of things. Overall, I remain highly satisfied with this computer.

    Its perfect for gaming if your downloading games on the xbox app that it comes with and EA games. Though if youre a sims player and downloads alot of custom content and mods it will still make a slight fan noise but thats only if youre playing on there for then 3-4 hours straight.
