Its perfect for gaming if your downloading games on the xbox app that it comes with and EA games. Though if youre a sims player and downloads alot of custom content and mods it will still make a slight fan noise but thats only if youre playing on there for then 3-4 hours straight.

I find this computer quite impressive. However, it's worth noting that it tends to be on the heavier side, and there have been occasional keyboard glitches while typing. Nonetheless, these are minor concerns in the grand scheme of things. Overall, I remain highly satisfied with this computer.

I bought the identical HP laptop to the one I already had, except that this one is new, doesn't have the keypad on the right side, and my cursor hasn't disappeared, as it kept doing on my old one. i saved $400 off the original retail price because of Christmas sales.

so far I like it. it works pretty well. I've had to contact the Geek Squad 3 times - but that's because I'm strictly an end user and don't know anything. I wish it had more places to plug in stuff. with the keyboard and the mouse plugged in I have to keep switching one out for the flash drive. It's kind of a pain

Good little laptop/tablet for the price. I prefer Lenovo, but there was a big price difference. I don’t love how proprietary HP products are, but with the Best Buy GeekSquads help, things are running smooth currently.

If you just need a light, small, laptop for internet use or word processing then this is just perfect. Intuitive and easy to use this one is well built without a bunch of frivolous add-ons.

Very pleased with the sales associate Jayden that I worked with. She knew her product line and was able answer all of my questions without asking for help from another associate. You have a great associate in Jayden… She’s a keeper!

Great computer. Very fast. And the ssd drive and memory is awesome.

Overall it is good laptop, does have very sensitive touchpad, sometimes highlights everything when moving the cursor across the screen. It does have slightly different keyboard comparing to my old Sony VAIO, provides additional row of keys on right side (DELETE, HOME, PG UP, PG DN and END). Also it is larger and heavier.

Just the right computer size and screen for my needs

I purchased this laptop for work. I do design and renderings for clients. I was told that I may need an external component graphic card, but so far, this computer has done fantastic with the preset graphics.

So far, I've been pleased. This is my first 2-in-1 and I love the convenience of it. This also has shown to be pretty durable as most HP products have been for me. No issues so far, and like all other HPs I have owned, I believe it will continue to satisfy. Regular retail is somewhat pricey, but I waited for a sale, and it is definitely worth it at 30% off!
