It is a incredible laptop, it really help me with all my school works.

Newest Macbook from Apple and it is as good asall of the past Macbooks that i have owned. Will definately only buy Apple products, the user system is has grwst function and easy to use.

So far really loving this laptop. I bought it mostly for some video editing, but haven't rrally used it for that yet. I have been only using it for web browsing and streaming and email.

Great laptop for general use. Easy to set up and it's working well. Wouldn't expect anything else from HP. Image quality is really good and the backlit keyboard is a great feature. Love the color of the laptop, too!

I bought this laptop a few weeks ago. So far it is everything i needed with all the features i was looking for. The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and understood what i was searching for in the price range i gave him.

It’s an amazing laptop/ tablet it’s great for incoming freshmen Students who are starting college. It’s very durable and useful it also has some amazing features like the keyboard lights up great sound from the speakers. I really love this laptop

It has all the features I needed and at a good price. My home PC hd crashed and I decided to replace it with a more portable option as I already had a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I just need a dock to use those.

Easy start up Fast responses Well laid out keyboard, with only one flaw: it is too easy to hit "HOME" instead of "BKSP" Excellent resolution and bright colors on the screen

It’s a great laptop for students and people who don’t play high graphical games. The screen resolution is great. I didn’t like the speaker output, it has great speakers but I don’t know the sound is high for few videos and less for few(not only in youtube).

This laptop runs quickly. The picture while watching videos or viewing documents is clear and the sound is awesome. I love that I can manipulate it for whatever position I need while working.

Good laptop no issues does what it suppose to do every day all day. Just had one issue with the first one the screen was going out the second week having it but no issues with the second one so I’m happy with it I use it 12-14 hours a day.

I have been overly pleased with Best Buy's selection, service and convenient shipping options. I will continue to make them my first stop for my home and office selections.

I wasn't sure what kind of computer I wanted to purchase. I was so pleased with the knowledge that the salesman had and he was able to help me understand each laptop and give me options. Thanks for a great experience!

Landen helped me with a computer problem. He was very helpful, informative and polite. I was able to walk in and get help within about 15 minutes of arriving. I was not charged for this service

Great laptop for the money. One issue that I will need to resarch further is that the laptop shuts down and within a few seconds reboots and you have to sign in again. Not sure what is causing this to happen.

I bought this laptop for my daughter starting college. I wanted something that she could use to take notes on, do her course work and stream her entertainment. This is her first laptop and she is thrilled with it!
