Amazing laptop i have it for a year still works like new

Bought for my grand nephew. 1st year at college. He loves it. Sadly this is my 2nd purchase within 3 months because his 1st laptop stolen, replaced in early Dec but had to pay full price

I am glad I purchased my laptop from Best Buy. HP is a very good company for laptops, computers, printers, and more. I knew purchasing a HP laptop was an excellent choice, as I have an excellent HP printer at home.

I was hesitant about a smaller screen than my previous laptop, but this one works great. Since it has a smaller screen, it is easier to transport and not as heavy.

Shipping was fast! PC was easy to do all the start up apps. Came with security which was a plus! Just what my husband needed for his computing needs. Highly suggest this pc!

The Sales Person was very informative on this Lap Top ! It's A Gift So I really don't have a lot more to say right now ! But I'm Sure It Will Be Well used, It's replacing A 2011 HP !!!!!

The first item I had became defective within a week. The second one is ok but the Windows Hello featute snd sevurity features are inadequate. My computer has already been hacked by the organized crime in my building. Defender didnt say anything. But as for my actusl ecperience at Best Buy, the customer service was spot on, but i would have preferred a Lenovo on sale but it wasnt in stock and you had no indication of it not being in stock on the price tag. Id also like to see brand-free opaque bags so expensive items can be carried in transit discretely. The reurn exchange was no hassle, so i appreciated that.

I'm sure that this is a good laptop. What little use I've put it to so far, it's been fine. However, the camera, microphone, and speaker drivers were jacked up, and I couldn't get all three to work at the same time. I discovered this when I tried to have a Teams meeting for a job interview. I had to proceed without the camera. Pretty bummed about that, and I didn't get the position. I know that drivers are a pretty small thing, and I've got GS Total Tech (or whatever they call it), so it will be fixed. However, I like things to work completely when I get them. Probably give it a 4-5 star rating if it weren't for this.

I've bought 2 for my college age children in well regarded engineering programs. They love it. These have a great build quality too.

the Best Buy staff made this a very easy purchase they were extremely helpful. The transfer of my info on my old laptop to the new laptop was seamless

Cost analysis for the function of this. Has AMD ryzen 7, compare to the same product of other brands and you will have to consider purchasing this one.

This was a gift for my granddaughter as she prepares for her first year of college. We're very happy with the HP and the memory and capabilities will be perfect for her needs.

Hard to review when had only for couple of month. However, the opening ( physical) up the computer is not convenient, the USB ports are harder to use. The USB stick doesn't go in easily. and battery seems drain faster.

Like the duability of the laptop is a little heavy but it's a great laptop. You got it for my wife. The people at best buy were very helpful in helping us make a good decision.

Great Laptop for High School, not really recommended for gaming. If you try to use for gaming the battery will overheat and fry so you better have a warranty on it.

Stole it for about 600$ brand new. Plays some games but not solid gaming laptop if thats what you want. More for doing internet surfing 3d mdoeling or things like that

I like the computer but not Windows 11. Having trouble adding a Bluetooth device. Both the computer and the device are in working order. A recent Windows 11 is causing the problem. Other than that the computer does what I need it to do.
