Right now it can have a 1 star. Has been working okay up until today when the screen went black and the caps light is blinking. When you google it it tells you cpu not functioning. Pretty much it’s useless. I am in school and work from home so now I’m not sure what to do. I have an appointment to see if it’s fixable but all the things I found are saying it’s not. Slightly freaking out it’s only 4 months old!!

It stopped charging after like barely a couple months of having it. I want to be able to use it but I’m worried I may have to replace the charger or get repairs on it in the first place when it’s in perfect condition and just won’t turn on for some reason it just flashes three times when I try to press the power button I would rate it higher but it just gave out for no explanation

This thing did not even last 1 year without messing up. The screen would turned black and anything i pressed was unresponsive. The caps lock kept blinking and from what i was reading on google, something in the hardware isnt working. I hardly used it either! Waste of money.

A very solid high-end laptop that punches into the $1000 weight class for a lot less. What isn't to like about this model? Between the fast, high-end, and efficient 8 Core CPU, the ample amount of RAM (16 GB really should be the mainstream now), and the ample 512 GB of fast Solid State storage, you get a very snappy and responsive product. The system is a little bit on the heavy side, but it feels solid as a trade - all aluminum construction gives a good build quality. The system can even do some light gaming (mainly eSports titles) or 3D work if desired with its above-average onboard graphics. The system has modern connectivity with 10Gbps USB C ports that include charging capabilities (goodbye proprietary chargers!) and supports WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. Battery life is good at around 8 - 11 hours of mixed-use, but as always YMMV. The screen has good brightness and color reproduction and is obviously touch-sensitive if that is something you are interested in. Especially if you can get it on sale, you can't go wrong with this unit.

I bought this HP Envy 2 -in-1 touch-screen laptop as a replacement for my old HP Laptop the finally died on me that I had to have to do all of our company business for. I really can't believe how great this laptop is when it comes to running multiple programs at one time like I have to do while getting many things done in a day. It is super fast even when not on regular Wi-Fi and just using a phones hot spot it operates so great without any lag or slow down at all! I am so happy with this laptop I am actually buying another one so I can give it to my husband so we can run our business that much faster and efficiently. I completely recommend this laptop to everyone looking for a lightweight, fast, proficient, laptop to go and get this exact one and save yourself from buying a bad one in the end!!!

Well one month to the day and it crashed with a hardware fault…. HP Support is… difficult to deal with…. To put it nicely.

In the first 2 weeks I got it the HDMI no longer outputs and it is in able to run programs that is was able to before without the CPU use going to 100% and crashing

Recently purchased this computer as a upgrade to my almost 9 year old one. It is very easy to use, a great size and lightweight. I love the touch screen! I would highly recommend this HP computer.

My MacBook 13 inch was giving me trouble for some time but held off till the battery was in need of replacement so wanted to replace it with a PC with a bigger screen and will save the MacBook as a backup. I liked the size of this computer and seemed like it was well equipped with memory and SSD storage. I have a HP all in one desktop and was a breeze to set up and sync with my other computer and printer. I feel it's a quality PC and did not want to spend the money on a new MacBook. The computer is very fast and responsive and was able to grab it on sale. It's more than enough for my needs and it feels like a quality machine. The keyboard is easy to type on and I added a Logitech M650 mouse. It's a 2 in one but I will be mostly using it as a laptop. The Bang and Olufsen speakers are decent for a laptop. I hooked up my Bose Bluetooth headphone and it rocks. It also has a lot more ports than my MB. Really like the SD card reader.

Pros: -Internals are older so there are frequent sales -Performance is snappy, VM's run smoothly -Only the base is made of plastic -Touchscreen is responsive and good quality -Image is sharp -USBC charging; no extra adapter needed -C ports are both display alt enabled -Network over USBC -Charges quickly -Passthrough charging is over 15W -16g of RAM -Quality speakers and speaker placement -Sharp logo Cons: -Heats quickly while charging -Bare keyboard LED's are easily visible at an angle -Thin metal ports are easily dented -Screen bleed is difficult to prevent (backpack pressure) -Preinstalled Windows is packed with bloat (not a real issue) -Power button is not easily discernible in the dark -There are no grips on the screen to aid in "tent view" -USBC ports are a few generations old (3.1 x2 iirc) Upgraded from a pavilion 15 horizon blue with a Ryzen 5 5500U with 8GB of ram at the same price (5 years ago) and it rocks. My biggest issue is screen bleed, however this is (mostly) the fault of poorly designed backpacksand ignorance. Accessories (shell, sleeve, mods, etc.) are difficult to find. Buy a sleeve.

So far, no complaints. Though I would miss the large extra numbers part of the keyboard but I don't. Color keeps cleaner, longer. Keys feel smooth and easy to type. Touch screen/tablet conversion is seamless and works perfectly. It was a bit of a downsize from my last laptop but turned out to be an upgrade in every way, including size being more convenient and comfortable for traveling. Bought upon recommendation of BestBuy employee about fast computer/system and he didn't disappoint.

Excellent laptop for everyday use! Mainly for surfing, watching YouTube videos and other task. Touch screen is responsive, lots of memories, quality of the sounds is really good. The size and weight of the laptop make it easy to carry around. That's why it is perfect for those people working remotely who carry their devices everywhere they go. Also, this laptop have a long-lasting battery life. So far, I am very satisfied with this purchase!!!

I had been eyeing this laptop for a while, especially after my dad bought his and let me borrow it. I was on the market for a new laptop after a couple of years of using chromebooks, and I am definitely glad I got this because the transition was seamless. I am able to do a whole lot more with it compared to the limitations I had with the chromebooks. If you are in the market for a laptop, look no further...this is it!

The laptop performs excellently, with a fast processor and ample storage. The screen’s clarity and color accuracy are impressive, ideal for both work and entertainment. Battery life exceeds expectations, lasting through a workday. Its lightweight design enhances portability. However, the keyboard feels cramped. Overall, a great value for the price.

This computer is fast, unique, has so many features for gaming, its touch screen, so much more! It's my favorite laptop I have ever seen and had! Has very long battery life, It flips 360 from all angles unlike any other laptop out there. Not to mention it's the fastest and very lightweight. I can take it anywhere with me. I am 100% very satisfied with this purchase.
