New Laptop Wouldn't Turn On

I tried all the online solutions but the only one that worked was to return it. 2 stars because Best Buy returned it without any problems.

AND IF MY HAND GETS CLOSE TO THE SCREEN IT WILL MOVE ME TO A DIFFERENT SAVED SCREEN.IT HAPPENS WHEN I MOVE THE SCREEN FORWARD OR BACK.

Buy it for any of these prices, not the ticket price. It's alright build quality and decent performance.
