this is a new computer for me, the only thing I would add, since this is new computer to me, maybe a class on the new systems would have been helpful.

I purchased this computer for my son who started high school a week ago. We received good input and help from the staff to make this purchase. So far so good.

Just getting use to a different computer. I like it. It’s just different from what I had. I am 68 years old so it’s just takes a while to get use to a new computer.

I love the quality of this laptop . It is a heavier laptop which means better made than plastic ones.

My grandson loves this product , he is a freshman in College , and was given a different laptop , which did not work well with class pace.

I absolutely love this laptop so far. I had been looking for a while for a new one, and this was the perfect upgrade. My only complaint is that fan is in the bottom, not the side.

I always buy laptops at Best Buy because I'd like their customer service and very helpful when needed. And just bought a new laptop with them and so far, I'm very pleased.

I use this HP laptop to browse, pay bills, and stream. I've been very satisfied.

The computer frame and hinge are well-designed and solid. My Dells keep breaking. I will only buy HP from now on.

A great choice for at home browsing, or Microsoft Office chores. Can handle enough multitasking for the average individual.

Great computer way mire storage than my last one. And works for more apps than my last computer as well. Definitely recommend this one.

Bought it to stay mobile with school and personal entertainment. Quick load times and good to go out of the box…

This is an excellent laptop. 3rd HP laptop in my household. Will continue to purchase HP products due to reliability.

the computer seems good but it goes to sleep and it won't wake up so i have to hard close with the power button and start over. this happens 2-3 times a week

I'm very happy with the computer. Not so much with some of the software changes by Microsoft.

The new HP was on sale - time to take advantage and I replace my 7 year old HP laptop. Great buy - great value - great laptop!

I just purchased a hp envy 360 and it is amazing for work and looks great when watching movies sound quality is great also. I would recommend it

The Laptop is wonderful, the problem is the lack of freedom to use internet freely instead of being "forced" to use the internet engine that is supported by the brand.

I Really like this computer.. i only do simple task like budgeting ,, looking things up ,, amd signing forms.

It works fine, but I started having issues with mouse pad, every time I right click or left it always push down but doesn't pop out. I don't know if its normal but I never had any experience in past. battery life, im not sure yet, since I haven't get a chance to work 12 hours straight but as my own personal experience, it starts the window pretty fast, very comfortable to use, keypad lights up which is plus especially for me "Working late night" buttons are pretty smooth but yeah they till do make sound of clicking,
