Very good laptop 100% would recommend although I don’t see the use of a touchscreen

Bought this laptop for my wife and she has absolutely loved it. Great purchase.

for the month i had it, it’s been great! the only thing i worry about is how it will hold up with its hinges. as of now it’s sturdy.

This product is very powerful for the price it was offered at. It contains extensive ram and storage and good computing power for a relatively low cost.

Works well. User friendly. Bought this for one of my daughters. She loves it.

Seems to be a decent laptop. Haven't used it enough yet. Wish is had 1 more USB plug in but will make it work. Battery life could be longer. It drains in storage.

Would recommend this laptop to anyone -- I had an older model and upgraded here and it's just as good!

I bought this laptop on at the end of 11/2023. I bought it as a christmas gift for my mother so we didn't open and get the time to set it up till beginning of the second week of January (due to personal holiday schedules). After less than a week of use the laptop was "broken". What I mean specifically is that every 3rd usage, the product would not shut off or turn on correctly. When you go to shut it down, it does but the power button stays lit so you can't turn it back on. When you try to turn the laptop back on, it just doesn't turn on unless you hold the power key for 20 seconds. After doing some research that is what you had to do and than eventually we got an error about a bad bios update. So fine, we did the update and it said error in update, restart pc and it just starts all over again. The customer service reps I called said they can't do anything about it because it was outside the return window which I understand is the policy but still the laptop broke immediately a week out of the return policy......really dissapointing. Than the rep said call HP and have them authorize a return to best buy. The HP rep than said that was not possible, so I called Best buy back and the rep just said the same thing. I will be emailing the CEO of best buy as it seems like Best Buy is trying to sell used products as new? Or maybe there quality processes are comprised? Or there customer service reps working from home are doing their absolute best to do the bare minimum? I don't know, but I will be reporting it to leadership so they have the awareness and direction to improve this well known business.

Trouble keeping internet connection. Easy to set up and get started

We've really enjoyed the HP Envy, when it's worked. We returned the first due to a faulty network card and now the second one is BSOD under any sort of GPU load. Speakers are very nice with a deep rich sound, battery is about what you'd expect. Would recommend, if you can get one that works

Outstanding! So many options to choose. We just brought another friend to purchase the same computer and all the options.
