    I will only give a 2 rating because I know the computer is good. I already own one. The battery doesn't last long but it's a good laptop. My husband and I ordered another HP for his business. I hate giving bad reviews but people need to know, their customer service is horrible. I am not a new best buy customer. From the store to chat, we were giving incorrect information. They kept giving us incorrect information for delivery. It was supposed to be the same day curbside initially, then it turned into we apologize, well deliver in 2 days, that didn't happen. Fed ex gave us the correct information the entire time. Best had never given then package and instead of telling us the truth they lied to us constantly to cover up because they know they were wrong. I have been a customer over 20 years. For the past 12 years I have had Amazon. I will just stick to Amazon. I cannot support companies who dont put their customers first, my husband returned it and ended up purchasing from the avenues so no one steals our package because best buy sorriness. Its really sad. I reported them to BBB because this is just plain sorry.
