    I was extremely excited about this product. It DID work great. But less than 6 months after purchase it stopped charging. According to BEST BUY, it was known issue with this computer. It was within the warranty so they fixed it. BUT here we are 6 months later, and again its stopped charging. Very frustrating.

    touch pad mouse gets stuck too frequently. Also, an almost invisible slide on the top of the screen that turns off the camera slides to the off position frequently, causing an issue when one tries to sign in with facial recognition.

    I am disappointed that i couldn't get assistance on how to correct a connection issue that was clearly in the computer after all other methods of troubleshooting were exhausted. I have had the computer for 3 weeks and yet i have to pay for help when it is a computer malfunction. Sad.
