Very nice laptop, but much slower than expected. Nice screen.

Can not rate as after 4 days it’s still with the Geek Squad transferring info from old laptop. Am anxious to work with, light weight & stream lined compared to old HP.

This product has been great and versatile as far as the programs that are offered. But the sound and speaker system is horrible. It is very hard to hear if you want to watch any videos. Would not recommend if you watch Netflix or streaming services.

If you turn the volume up all the way on the laptop speakers, you can discern a faint whisper from your screen. Nothing more. So to watch videos, you need external speakers or the laptop is useless.

They don’t make protective cases to protect the laptop

Do not purchase. I’ve been a committed HP and Best Buy customer longer than I can remember and never swayed. I spent well over 6 months looking for a laptop as my other was just old and time to upgrade. All seems perfect with this device and was actually exceeding the specs desired and of my previous HP I was replacing. Since the day I got it I’ve not had one day that my laptop doesn’t randomly freeze and either has to be forced to restart bc control alt delete won’t even work or it restarts on its own. I have now placed two tickets direct with HP which resulted in them having my device for a week to “diagnose and repair” which literally changed zero except having to set up the device an extra time. For this to happen once a day is being generous, it’s closer to 10x in my average 8 hours work day. I’m a healthcare employee so I remote into my networks system and everytime this happens I have to remote back in losing any work I was currently doing any emails etc not to mention the lost time for every restart. I held off on going to Best Buy since hp seemed to be working on this then once I got it back in the literal same form I intended to go to Best Buy and either return or see if they can resolve the issue. Well I’m also a single mom so time isn’t in my favor and finally today was goi g to make it and now past the return window by two days and wish I hadn’t even contacted hp and just brought it back bc now I have very expensive piece of junk that interferes with my work day. I’m absolutely done with hp after this and Best Buy is likely losing a customer as well.

Nice laptop, a little heavier then I expected, but okay. Laptop was as described and works well. I'm using the laptop for simple PowerPoint projects, watching movies, reading email and searching the internet.

Laptop has worked well but the charger failed within a few months of purchase. The warranty should replace it but it has been a hassle to get one shipped out. My daughter took the laptop into the store and they said one was ordered. We then started getting e-mails asking for the serial number and shipping information, which they should have had from the store visit. Not happy with the replacement process.

I’m a gamer and pretty much bought this for a simple game of league of legends and everything seems okay but the ping when I’m playing league fluctuates very much and is very inconsistent making it unplayable

This was purchased as an open box. At first it seemed like nothing was wrong with it until I started using the mouse on it. The mouse sticks and makes it almost impossible to use.

I’ve only had this laptop for less than a year and the usbc charger doesn’t work anymore

Great looking computer but its slow. Can't blame it on the internet since my work computer is connected to same network and its does not have the same problem.

I'm not a big fan of HP. I'm more of an apple person. I didn't like the graphics on this Lap top so I honestly didn't have it too long. The RAM and the SSD are pretty good though.

Great machine, though it is getting hot on charging. Will have to check for the same for a couple more days, if this persists. Need to check with the seller/manufacturer.

Stopped working after one month. Took to store. Geek squad said they would have to send to HP since they couldn’t power it up. Last HP purchase for me. Got a store credit and bought another brand.

Love the 2-in-1 touchscreen tablet option but the mouse disappears from time to time. Might return

I’m a computer science student who got this computer due to my old computer breaking suddenly. I used it for a couple days before deciding to return it. The battery life is very bad. If I didn’t use it for a day, the battery would be at like 20% so I had to charge it very frequently. I also like to take notes on my computer using a Microsoft Surface Pen. On my old computer, this pen was great but on this one, it would stop writing sometimes. It also felt like it was slow to start up.

Within a few days of purchasing, my computer started glitching very badly. If I have Microsoft Word open for a while, my computer screen either freezes or does not allow me to edit the documents. I have never had this problem with other laptops. Also, the touchpad occasionally gets stuck if you click in the bottom left corner. I have not done anything to damage my laptop, it just came that way.

It seems to be okay. Only used it a couple of times. Just cant cinnect to wifi from too far away. Have to be in a close room to the router.
