I haven't taken it out of the box yet. (As of January 12th.) It took me six months to get around to buying it!

I am having problems getting my email set up on this computer. Was on the phone for over an hour and still could not get it set up.

The product has been working pretty well and I appreciate the sales man for recommending it to me

Good can get slow at times but overall is a good computer to use

A "fair" rating is very generous for this laptop. The sales associate seemed sincere in recommending an HP, but I have should have trusted my instincts. I am NOT happy with this item. The touch pad varies from EXTREMELY sensitive to completely unresponsive. The touch screen is much TOO sensitive. Very disappointed with this HP product.

The computer is great. The digital download for the Microsoft office 365 they push on you sucks. The download instructions were never sent. When we called to get the instruction email resent, they would not send it because the caller (me) and the person whose name was on the credit card (the company president) were not the same. They made me contact the company's PRESIDENT and have her call BB to approve resending what they failed to send in the first place. Of course, she had none of the order information, and despite me asking specifically what she would need to know and be assured nothing to give her approval, they then asked her for all the order details. What a cluster. How about this - do your job the first time and no one is inconvenienced.

I haven't hooked it up yet. Will be be getting to that soon and will be sure to get my review in!

Why do they keep making laptops with bad network cards? Stay away from the RTL8852CE. Constant disconnects, and bad speed, just sucks. Driver is updated to the latest, and still sucks. And no, it’s not my internet service or router. All my other devices work just fine. You should be ashamed to sell this to people.

First laptop. Super fast, super easy. Battery doesn’t last long. But I’m assuming that’s normal

This laptop was only ok in my book because it locked up a couple of times in a week.

Bluetooth is a little messed up but overall good computer

All of a sudden my computer turned off and will not turn back on I have used two different power charging cords and it is not a cord problem. My computer was working perfectly fine until it just decided it was never going to work again.

Great product works well but alittle flimsy so worried about it

I purchased it 3.5 weeks ago. It repeatedly freezes and crashes. It is now back to Best Buy Geek squad for the 2nd time. I have always bought HP laptops and printers. I am sincerely hoping that this is an anomaly that can be soon remedied.

On the surface it has a lot of higher-end hardware installed and the AMD Ryzen 7 is great but with a very basic graphics processor I couldn’t do very simple things. Not a great balanced setup and it’s pointless to pay for the better hardware when you can’t use it

I bought the 365 subscription w the computer. Completely wish I had Windows 11.

I wish the screen would automatically flip when I need it to.

LEMON!!! I have taken this laptop back to the store to be rent off 3 times and I get it back and it does the same thing. It shuts off in the middle of me working at least once a day, yesterday it happened 3 times in one day. They will not replace it because it is out of my return/exchange window (but it was not the first time, all they wanted to do was send it off and then it was after my window). This started happening within a month of having this laptop. I do not reccomend.
