    I had a Bio issue yesterday. It gave me a scare ...i had to google how to try to repair this myself. Fortunately with me and also my very intelligent grandson we managed to get it fixed. I hope this does not occur again. It was awful.

    After buying this in store and heading home to set up, the laptop would constantly disconnect from the internet and Bluetooth. And it wasn’t a problem with my wifi or range because all my other devices work fine. UI is clean and the laptop ran decently, but struggled so much with just running Google Chrome, which was shocking for a laptop with 16GB RAM. Downloads took forever, images and videos wouldn’t load, and websites kept constantly crashing due to the laptop constantly disconnecting from the internet every two minutes. Current laptop I’m using is 10 years old and it runs better than this. Really disappointed with this.

    Microsoft word lags repeatedly, I am highly frustrated using this laptop. I have visited geek squad twice but all remedies didn't work! Sometimes i feel like smashing the laptop!!!

    I've been using this laptop usually with multiple screens for 5 months. It restarts on its own from time to time. I am also not happy with the wifi strength. Other than these it's fine but not good enough to recommend.

    WiFi Card sucks

    Computer is fine but the Realtek WiFi card sucks. I have connected to multiple different access points and WiFi routers and the 5Ghz connection is slower than 2.4 GHz. Multiple times it is in single digit Mbps.

    Really did not expect this no value for my money. the sales person was terrible mainly for me that was the problem me listing to someone that did not care.

    Frequent BSOD!

    I would give it no stars if that was an option. I have had constant problems with this computer. Whenever I use TEAMS it will crash and it frequently has randomly restarted. Now, 1 month out of warranty it has completely crashed and won't even power on. While the model has some great capabilities, they're worthless if the unit itself is worthless and/or unusable.

    Terrible Laptop! Constant interruptions to Reboot without explanation (hourly average), no spreadsheet or letter capability without paying MS every month, overheats. Geek Squad couldn't fix or replace.

    Best Buy did a great job with the purchase. The HP Envy product was a problem. I had many audio card issues when attempting to use the laptop for Zoom and Google Meet meetings.

    I bought this laptop as my third HP laptop and within a week it started heating. Suddenly in two weeks Wi-Fi didn't connect and I had to return it. Very disappointing experience.

    Damaged and faulty products

    The right arrow key was off place and since day one (1) the laptop had heating issue and the battery always runs out in 3 hours. I've been using the laptop since 3 months now. I was always a HP customer but Best buy has made me hate this brand and it's product. The sales person will trick you to buy the product that helps with mestbuys margins

    Connection issue on Day One

    Since turning it on, it had problems with connecting to wifi and being extremely slow. I took it back and got another one that had the same issue. My wifi is amazing and no other devices have issues, but there is some issue with this laptop where the wifi is connected and strong, but nothing will load. Even opening settings is extremely slow. I’ve tried everything to fix it. Broken since day one.

    Outside of return window problems

    I let it irritate me beyond the 60 day return window. It will shut down and reboot on its on with no warning, I always have to reboot if I've walked away and come back, and will occasionally just freeze up. BB would have to send it to HP for hard drive repairs which could be up to 5 weeks.

    I think this would be a great computer for a college student but I was use to a bigger screen with a num pad so I decided to trade in for a bigger keyboard and display.

    THIS THING SUCKS HARD. THE TOUCH PAD IS OFF THE CHARTS HORRIFIC. IF YOU EVEN LOOK AT IT WRONG IT WILL JUMP WINDOWS ALL OVER THE PLACE. I'VE EVEN TURNED THE SENSITIVITY DOWN AS LOW AS IT WILL GO AND DISABLED EVERY FEATURE EXCEPT FOR LEFT CLICK & RIGHT CLICK & SCROLL IT SEEMS LIKE EVERY TIME I MOVE THE CURSOR ACROSS SOMETHING IT CLICKS ON IT. DRIVES ME NUTS TRYING TO DO ANYTHING.

    I purchased this laptop and within 2 months the laptop would not maintain a connection to Wi-Fi. I had the unit sent back to HP for repair which took over 2 weeks and the laptop came back with the same issue. I do not recommend this laptop or the customer service from HP. I have wasted hours on the phone with technical support and they want the laptop sent back out to their repair center.

    0 stars should be an option. 15 months after purchasing this laptop it stopped charging. I was informed the charging ports are defective and because my warranty expired after 12 months I had to pay to have this fixed.
