I had it for under a week when the machine froze and started making abnormal electric noises. It continued to do this even after closing it until I forced it to shut down. I thought it was a fluke and kept using it for a week before the screen went black with pixelated colors on either side. Computer ran slowly as well.

do not like the automatic dimming of the display monitor and regret the purchase..

After 3 months, the camera stopped working and the touch pad sticks on one corner. The computer freezes up once and awhile for no reason so you have to take a break and come back.

I am not happy with this product, I can only use my fingers to touch it the mouse does not work. I am kind of frustrated,

Within a couple of weeks of having this laptop, that I was using for business, the microphone failed. I tried everything and I'm fairly technically capable. Now, the bluetooth is failing - can't get a keyboard to work that works with any other machine I pair it with. Don't buy this!

A piece of junk. The BIOS keeps quitting and getting corrupted. I have had it for three months, and have not been able to perform any taksks for which it was purchased. I will refrain from purchasing an HP product in the future. P.S. The Geek squad still has it and is trying to fix this dog

Will not power on after having this brand new laptop for 3 months. Took all suggested actions found online and the deadline to return is a month ago. Apparently this issue is common with this model. $1k out the window.

Did not like this laptop. Would not hold a charge.

A month and 1/2 after I got it - the ports all died on the right hand side so I was no longer able to charge it. I would not recommend.

My first one would not connect to the internet- missing drivers.

Machine works fine. Weighs a lot. MSI with same specs processes faster.

The laptop is slower than my son's broken laptop which was Samsung - Galaxy Book2 360 This was given as a comparable match but it is way worse so we returned it.

This is my second one and I have the same problems. Will not buy a HP envy again. It freezes up and shuts down randomly. I got a new one and this one is doing the same thing

Do not order this. It has been a little over 3 months and the camera does not work. They are terrible to reach. They lie and say they are available 24/7 but they are not

Worked well out of the box but a week later and my boss had the hardest time simply navigating the desktop because the computer was so problematic . Processing is terrible

After 2 months the screen went black. I literally just used it for college and Best Buy can’t do anything to replace it or fix it so I will encourage you to stay away from it.

not enough space to complain in. call me if you want to hear what happened. I am no longer a best buy customer.

This computer is not good for running video conferencing apps- specifically Teams and Zoom. After leaving it with the geek squad they were unable to fix it so I retuned it.

Very poor. It restarts by itself and shows an error. I will not recommend to purchase it. I wish, I would have No star for this quality laptop.

Computer had issues almost from the beginning. Only had a little over a month before I got a hardware warning. Had to return it.
