I purchased two HP Envy 2 models for business use in July 2023. I was so satisfied with the laptops I purchased then that I purchased one of the same model laptops for personal use in January 2024. It is a 15.6" Full HD Touch screen laptop with Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD as an open box product for $408. Since it was an open box product, I was very satisfied because it was cheaper than regular products, and the product was in very good condition, just like new. The touch screen worked well, and the large monitor screen and processing speed were excellent. The design was also matte silver, so it looked very modern and professional. The only thing I didn't like was that it was an open box product, so the battery and cable were not provided. What made me even more upset was that the product description did not say that the battery and cable were not included. I called the customer service center and visited the store, but they did not solve the problem. So I bought a separate battery and cable. However, I am overall satisfied with the high quality at a very good price, and I have been using it well for a year. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking about purchasing this product.

I am very happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a fast and responsive daily laptop that is easy to use. It perfectly suits my needs for the work I do and I enjoy how it is slim and light weight. It makes it easy to carry around and I also like folding the screen back and using it as a touch screen. It has good battery life from my experience. I can use it on battery all day while working uninterrupted.

Figure I'll do a 2-in-1 here, one for the HP laptop itself and a brief mention of the stylus that I picked up. The HP - Envy 2-in-1 15.6" Full HD Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Natural Silver [model 15-fe0013dx] was bought at BestBuy on sale for $549.99 USD before tax [$588.49 USD] after tax. This is by no means a souped up gaming laptop but it holds its own very well for office work, school work, if you want to use it for sketching/hobby art, or even for very casual gaming. We've successfully been able to run the Sims 4 + expansions and Final Fantasy XIV on it with minimal lag. 8GB RAM isn't a lot, but it suits its purpose quite well if you're not intending on running something super memory intensive. The battery life is phenomenal, even when running something like FF14 and the overall performance hasn't let us down once so far. I use it primarily for word processing and as a backup for my work and have been very pleased with its overall performance. I'll probably circle back to this post in a few months with a status update. I'm about a month in and we have zero regrets for the price point that we paid. However, it looks like it retails at BestBuy now for $919.99. I don't think I would have taken the plunge on this particular model had it not been on a fairly significant sale. I don't think I'd pay the current price for it for what you receive when comparing to alternatives [with more RAM for example]. But, if you happen to find it on sale again and are looking for a reliable, affordable 2-in-1 laptop, definitely would recommend. If you intend on using this for art, please note that it does not come with a stylus. We picked up two 2nd generation Wacom - Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus which work beautifully. The silver itself can be a bit bland but you can find lovely vinyl decal skins over on Etsy [which you can see pictured below]. They fit marvelously and really elevate the overall appeal of the laptop, I think.

so far, it’s running great. i love the features such as the backlit keyboard, touch screen, and 2-in-1 screen. all my apps are running correctly and quickly. i got this laptop for school, and it’s doing exactly what it needs to. i liked that i could log into my outlook and gmail to accommodate multiple accounts. i also really liked the face ID feature! the screen is big enough to watch movies/shows, but still fits in my laptop sleeve in my North Face backpack. this laptop was exactly what i was looking for and so far it’s performed.

This has been a great school computer. I love the sleek look and it has been nothing but positive! The display is nice, the speed is great, plenty of space, and the keyboard is great too. It’s light and easy to take with me on the go. From watching Netflix to multi-tasking with a lot of homework tabs open, it has been perfect. Definitely recommend for a general school or at home computer.

Honestly does everything I need. Originally got it for school but I also use it for work meetings. I like the sleekness of it too. And the backlit keyboard is great! I ordered a pink keyboard cover from Amazon to keep it clean.

Nice modern design with a slick texture. Comes with many features (the more you use it the more you find out). Overall performance is great. Battery last about 4 hours (while in use) when fully charged. Silver color so shiny, even visible in the dark.

I got this computer for school, and I love it. I also got it on clearance. The screen size and the quality are amazing, and I love that the keypad lights up and you can adjust the brightness! One thing is that it is heavier than I expected but it doesn't bother me that much. The fan does make noise, but it doesn't turn on a lot and it doesn't run for long. I haven't done course work yet but so far; the computer runs smoothly even with different browsers and multiple tabs open. I recommend. It is more expensive, but it has it perks like the storage, the memory, the screen which is a touchscreen and more that I have yet to discover.

This computer is amazing! Fast, efficient with a touch screen! I cannot ask for more! Highly recommended.

I’m a college student who was on the hunt for a laptop that could satisfy my requirements for school and work, but also gaming, as I love to game but found gaming systems to be super expensive. By trading in my Mac and getting some other deals, I was able to get this at a superb price! It runs beautifully and has a great display. It also tends to cool down quickly if heating up. It can run my games almost flawlessly *using Halo as a reference!* very much recommend! My favorite ever

This laptop is easy to use and makes a great companion for my school studies, currently taking online classes for accounting and public speaking and this laptop is great at streaming lectures and zoom meetings, I highly recommend!

excellent combination of latop and table. I have been using it for a few months and it is very practical. I use it with a pen to edit photos with Adobe Photoshop and it works great with its touch screen, also watching videos and interacting with people like video calls. i Loved.

Perfect for college courses and conducting some business tasks while on the road. Great size keyboard and screen, yet still compact.
