Good laptop for the price. The RAM is 8GB and cannot be upgraded since it is soldered to the board.The battery life is good not great. It does have the 13th generation I-5 processor so it is fast.

Excellent computer, I've had it for a little over a year and have been using it for college. It's super easy to use and the 360 touch screen is great for taking notes and storing everything automatically. Love it!

I bought this laptop for my mom because she was desperately in need of a new one. This is a really sleek and awesome machine (as I stated in the title). This is one of the laptops that can fold all the way back so it can be used like a tablet. The speed is amazing and the storage is nice enough for what she needs it to do. All of the features that this laptop has are working perfectly and efficiently. Also, I love that it is covered under the BestBuy TotalTech so I don't have to worry about accidents.

This is a great laptop! It’s best with gaming and study! I recommend this to school and home and I had so much fun with it so far!

Simple computer. Great size and works pretty quickly

Serves its purpose beyond expectations! Have had no lag, no crashes, while running multiple applications, I have not tried pushing it to any limit but haven’t had a reason so I don’t intended on ever doing that. I love the touch screen and the fact it can fold into pretty much a iPad but bigger as well. Overall I rate this a 10/10 purchase.

It is a great computer with only a few noticeable kinks. The OS is great for my multitasking. I am a doctoral candidate with a constant need for multiple tabs open. The computer is excellent in its ability to run multiple applications at once. I have been using the same computer for quite a while and I was happy to upgrade to the touch screen. My only complaint is that the biometric lock does not work all the time.

This laptop does everything you need for the price. It is not a top of the line computer, but the ability to use this as a touch screen tablet is very useful in todays fast pace, app driven world. You have more than enough juice to complete most daily tasks or work related programs. If you are a hardcore gamer this probably isn’t what you are looking for, but will get certainly play most simple games.

Meets or exceeds all of my expectations for what I was getting at the price I payed. Also more sleek and user friendly than other laptops I've purchased in the past.

This laptop is great. I bought it for college and so far, so good! I love the backlit keyboard for those late nights working on assignments. The battery is good lasting. The overall quality of the laptop is nice. Everything runs smooth so far, I like the performance. The 2-in-1 feature screen is cool and the more you use the laptop the more features you find.

My HP Envy 2 in 1 15" touch screen laptop works perfectly for me. I bought it new 11 months ago and it continues to work great! It does not freeze up on me like my last 2 laptops did which were a Dell and another brand. The screen is crisp/vivid colors/pictures. The 15" is perfect size for my needs.

I like the computer but didn't realize when I bought it, it did not have a number pad which drives me crazy. I love the way the keyboard lights much better than my more expensive dell. The touch screen is a must. I will not even consider a laptop without one. It is fast and does my trades without any problem. For the money it is a great laptop.

Amazing speeds with the touchscreen and easy to use.

Was running great till the screen went black; the keyboard was lit up. Try as we may with different attempts to figure out the problem it remained black. Found a quirky go to that a blog member had mentioned, we tried it, and it came back on. Thankfully, we did not have to bring this back to the geek squad and leave it for who knows how long during this holiday and chaotic time of year. So in essence, this computer went from five stars running great, fast and efficient, to two Stars as I don’t expect a new computer to have these issues. The last surface Pro we had was more than 13 years old and still ran like a dream until the last time, out of multiple times that it was dropped it broke for good.

Purchased two because I cracked the screen on my laptop and my wife liked the Envy 2-in-1 way more than her tablet. The large screen is a big plus and reduces. eye strain. The keyboard is comfortable and makes typing easy. Battery life is great and charging time faster than expected.
