This was mislabeled on the website and Best Buy did not allow my return. The website labeled this with a 13th generation i7 processor and the laptop actually has a 12th generation i7 processor, an older model. I confirmed with HP that Best Buy made this mistake and Best Buy store and customer service was extremely unhelpful.

Love this laptop! It can handle much higher speed than my old laptop, so it will work great for working from home. The touch screen is a convenient feature, too.

There is a pen missing that was supposed to be there into the box. Also Windows Hello and face recognition Isn't working and showing "this device doesn’t have the camera for facial recognition lock"
