Mislabeled and unhelpful service

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was mislabeled on the website and Best Buy did not allow my return. The website labeled this with a 13th generation i7 processor and the laptop actually has a 12th generation i7 processor, an older model. I confirmed with HP that Best Buy made this mistake and Best Buy store and customer service was extremely unhelpful.

Great Laptop

Something missing and something isn’t working.
