I like this computer, the response time is great, the processor run fast, the display is great, the ssd disk speed is fast. I haven't had any problems at all with the computer. it is great

Great premium laptop. Big SSD and fast RAM for business use. Lighted keyboard was an unexpected plus. I miss the dedicated numerical keypad. but usually use an external keyboard. Not too much bloatware to remove, and Windows 11 not my favorite, but it is what it is. Best Buy had it in stock so I could take home and set up immediately. My 3-year old HP was "blown up" by Win 10 trying to automatically update to Win 11 without sufficient drive space, and unrecoverable error made re-installing everything on a new machine more logical.

Really like the new HP! Like power switch on key pad versus my old unit on side Hood speed and storage. Good size display!

This computer is amazing! The screen is very clear and large, the sound is loud and also clear, and everything is fast and easy to use.

This laptop is fantastic for students. It boots up and shuts down quickly, which is super convenient. The fast charging is a big plus, and the battery life is impressive, lasting several days on a single charge. My only complaint is my difficulty activating the free one-year subscription to Microsoft Office. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with it.

Intelligent design along with sufficient simplicity. We shopped for a while and this one didn’t disappoint. Overkill for some people but it has all the basic essentials and a bit more. Added Microsoft word to the package to make things more rounded off so no complaints. Good investment!

Excellent sound system, camera and display, and the touch screen capabilities are an added bonus. Only complaint is there is a slight lag every now and then when I type quickly, but other than that, it's a great laptop for the corporate world.

This laptop is awesome. Its fast it folds into a tablet. The funny thing is my brother bought the very same laptop and he loves it as well. Definitely a great purchase.

Sleek appearance. Screen display is sharp. Backlit keyboard is a plus when needed. Processor speed is very good for my use as a "non-gamer". (spreadsheets, photo editing, playing videos.)
