This laptop is everything I could have ever wanted, plus some. I really just needed it for general “Office” programs, streaming & social. Coming from an HP from 2012, this is a huge upgrade. I was little concerned using the new Windows OS, but there was nothing to it. It seems to be quite durable & the touch feature is really cool. A few USB ports, so no issue there; plus the battery last forever. For the price I paid, idk why it took me so long to get it.

I really like this laptop. If it weren't for the Realtek audio, I'd give it 5 stars. But the audio is awful. It's not clear or crisp at all. It's more like a muted echo. Fortunately, I have a Bluetooth speaker that I can hook up to listen to my music. The Ryzen 5 is pretty fast. Love Windows 11--makes it easy to set things up the way you want. 8gb is plenty of memory for my needs, and the 256GB SSD works for me too. All in all, a very nice laptop.

I love this laptop. I kept this one. I will not be giving it back. It is all mine. The battery life is good for a laptop. The screen is very clear while still IPS. I love the touchscreen feature. The bezel is pretty solid although I think it is plastic. It doesnt have any give to it. The speakers are aligned with the keyboard which I thought was cool. Fingerprint scanner helps me log in quickly. Im impressed

I bought my wife this laptop as she was getting back into college and her old one was getting extremely slow. She loves it and really likes the fingerprint scanner.

For the price it has eveeything i would ask, bright screen, good sound, decent battery. I would buy it again.

I recently purchased an HP Laptop. I was in the market to replace my Dell desktop but when the salesperson showed me this laptop I was so impressed. It takes up so little space on the desk. I have been very pleased with the performance so far with the HP and will not go back to Dell (did not even last 3 years).

Great processing. Excellent laptop for on the go work in substance abuse case management and working in the courts completing reports in hallway waiting rooms. The laptop was recommended by a salesman after I explained what I needed it for at work. I was going to buy a MacBook Pro but I’m glad I followed the salesman’s advice.

Does what it needs to do. Have had great success using it and is slim. I use it for my college class and the occasional games during breaks.

So far so good, after replacing a 9 year old HP we were happy to stick with another HP product. The performance is much better and allows us to do perform all activities we need including using Office products, surfing, and lots of photo editing and creative work (ability to use a stylus directly is a great feature here). The 2-in-1 capabilities are a great upgrade and the SSD boots much faster.

Great computer. Very sturdy not super loud. Amazing for watching movies and playing PC for simple games like Sims 4. If you are a student I would recommend something a bit smaller unless you are prepared to get a large bag for it. Also GET THE WARRANTY AND CASE.
