I love the solid state hard drive, very fast start up. Windows 11 is easy to use with many new additions. The price is very worthwhile. The sound from the speakers is great. Perfect size for a backpack for traveling.

Overall a pretty decent laptop. Nice build quality and looks. Decent sound and screen. It does have a couple really annoying flaws though. First is the keyboard. The stroke is way to short and you will get double keys alllllll the time. It is NOT good for anybody that types a lot. Second is the oversized touchpad is kind of annoying as you will accidentally touch it and move the cursor often. Third, is some random glitches that are hard to describe but it sends emails while typing them. It also resets itself often when streaming content. Maybe a problem with the processor? Again, it's fine for general use but I wouldn't recommend it based on the problems.

We bought this computer for my son for college. Perfect size, slim and relatively light weight. It has all the features he needs to be successful at school.

Very pleased with this laptop. It was very easy to set up and copy items from my previous laptop using a Passport device. Very happy with the performance so far. Price was also reasonable.

Bought this computer for me. By the time the year was done, I’ve bought five of these computers. The options on this is amazing. I use one of them for work and it is A+ quality.

Very nice and easy to use. Touch screen is a handy feature. Can fold it into a tablet style and use it that way or a reg laptop. Processor is fast and works great

I had to replace my older laptop that had slowed down and the battery wouldn't stay charged, I settled on this HP and really like the touch screen. I wish a 512 GB SSD version had been available but overall it is a solid laptop.

Absolutely love my new laptop. It is so light and does everything ai need it to and more. I have recently taken in a different role at my job and really needed a newer faster laptop.

An excellent product for the price. Great screen, keyboard and it's fast. Perfect for a student or home computer. I was skeptical about the new Windows 11 but there were no hiccups as there was with 10.

Excellent fast laptop in the middle range of computers. I wanted a windows 11 unit as my 4 year old dell would not upgrade. Make sure 256 solid state drive is big enough for your storage needs.

The computer is very good quality, my son uses it all day for college homework and has not had any problems

The computer was really good! Got lots of work done, reliable, and fast with the 16 gb of ram. Only problem is that I wish it would stay cooler longer because it overheats fairly quickly!

Fans have a min and max speed set. Depending on its usage it'll run accordingly. You can also configure the mode the fans run on (silent, performance, ect.). The fans are located at the bottom of the laptop so if you suffocate it, its going to get really hot, most people have a habit of using a pillow or a cover under it. Gaming wise, the am4 processor that it has is pretty solid for light level gaming, like cs:go. Personally I think the design and color of it is nice, This a over kill for simple email and web searches though.

This is an excellent computer. Easy to set up and I have not had any problems with it at this time. IT is a very fast computer and the screen quality is very clear.

I haven't had a problem with storage or speed. Everything is working quickly and very easy to navigate. The battery lasts several hours as well.

This has been one of the best computers I've had so far outside of a Dell in the past. The screen quality is really great for my art editing projects.

I picked up my product without any problems. The service person was prompt and courteous. I love my new laptop, been using it for a few months and had no issues with it.

This laptop is everything I had hoped for. It is lightweight and user friendly. The battery life is good. The price was in my budget.

I really like my hp envy very much. The touch screen is awesome. There is only one thing that I have a problem with. The sides of the screen have about 1/4 inch border to the outer edge. When I have the laptop on my lap with the screen side turned to me, I quite often touch the edge of the screen by accident and that causes what ever I’m viewing or working on to close or change. Otherwise I really feel that I got a very wonderful laptop with many more upgrades on it for about $200 less than what I paid for my old 2009 hp laptop.
