I am going to give it a five star review, even though I think that the cursor accuracy could be improved and I will be upgrading the ram memory very soon. The cursor tends to be bias to the right of the object I point at. I have learned to compensate for this but, I shouldn't have to. the key board is very nice. The screen is a fingerprint magnet. I am hoping an update will help the touch pad accuracy. Battery life is weak, so not a travel laptop.

I have been a Best Buy customer ever since they have been in business. I went to store on Wetmore in Tucson because your store in Oro Valley needs extensive customer service training, my experience was textbook. The salesperson was knowledgably, professional understood my price point. I bought open box and saved $300.00. The laptop was never turned on. The laptop exceeded my expectations and great value.

Ergonomically , technically, and economically this unit is fantastic ! For either work or fun this unit is performs and exceeds my expectations.

This is a very nice laptop pc! Fast and great display! My only problem is with the new windows 11, but I will figure it out and I am sure I will love it too!

Easy to use and setup right out of the box. Using to replace my old desktop. Does everythingni need and more. The touchscreen is responsive and easy to use.

We really love our new HP Envy. It is easy to use with the flip up touch screen. The colors are clear and vibrant and the speakers have good, clear sound.

Over all I'm satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone that is looking for great features at a great price.

So far, I have been mostly impressed with this computer. It runs very quickly, has a great display on it, and some very useful features. (It's also lightweight and has a nice look to it.) The only complaints I have are that it seems as though the memory is used up quickly and the trackpad seems a little cheap and not very user friendly.

Loving this 2-in-1. This has been a great upgrade from my previous HP. Bought it as an open box special and I don't think it had ever been out of the box. Works great and love the keyboard. Very easy to use.
