I love the look of this laptop. I did have to return the first laptop I received. The screen would jump almost like the connection was messed up. I ordered the second one no problems yet.

Laptop has issues. Keeps blinking off and on when in use. Keeps timing out no matter the setting. Doesnt come with cd/dvd player.

Overall I am very happy with my sons laptop. And the lady that sold us our laptop was very helpful and took her time to explain everything to my son. Thank you

This was a perfect laptop for what it was purchased for and my brother said that his wife was happy because they needed one for their church and this also made me feel good in knowing because they are great people

Good computer. Has been working well so far. Easy to use and works well for mainly school stuff. Haven't used yet for gaming or other things that demands high power.

Good and nice laptop. It is expensive. The only complaint I have is the cheaply built touchpad. It feels loose and noisy when clicking and scrolling on the touchpad.

I purchased this laptop Nov 2021, i am very pleased with this laptop it works great. Speed is great, works perfect for my needs. User friendly. Con : priced too high.

So much faster than my old computer. Still trying to get used to the sensitivity. Keep bringing up things without clicking on them, just by hovering.

The only downside is the volume randomly going low or the occasional connectivity issues. Besides that, it's an overall great product!

My old computer was running out of space so I had to purchase another one with more memory
