purchase worth making. the computer is very easy to use and I love the fact that it is a touch screen as well.

I've only had my computer a few weeks so I can't give a full review yet. But I will say that right now I absolutely love it. Windows 11 is new to me. My last laptop was Windows 8.1. So I've got a lot to learn. The ease of using the computer is great. It runs super fast. I love the screen resolution. It's amazing. Like I said, I'm still learning. What I can say for the short amount of time I've used it is... OMG. I love it!

Recently bought this computer for my wife who is a teacher currently getting hat masters and doing a national committee thing. Sh had been using a chrome book from her school but needed to down load programs that the school system would not allow. When we got home she was able to quickly download the program which she had worked on for hours with the chrome book. She has also notice a remarkable difference in her zoom meetings.

Very happy with my new pc! Has bee easy to use and very fast compared to my old unit.

Love it but I noticed a crack at the bottom right of my screen recently so now my touch screen acts funny and just blinks when I touch it

I bought this computer for my husband. It was an open box computer that I would highly recommend (both as an HP product and a Best Buy open box). I would also suggest always purchasing the Best Buy Total Protection Plan because though my husband loved the HP older computer used, the hinge holding the front and back together somehow came a loose. Of course, his warranty had expired and thus the new purchase. Though I ALWAYS purchase the coverage extras, thinking he'd save a few dollars, he had NOT added the BBTP plan. I wish I had purchased his previous computer for him because I would have received a computer swop! He did have one concern with this new computer because he liked the keyboard display when he typed. It is an excellent computer otherwise.

I like the speed and that it is lighter than my old one.

Had this unit for two weeks using it for 4 to 6 hours per day and love its performance and ease of use. Only very small drawback is that it’s a bit of a challenge opening it up as there is no real area to grip the top and pry it away from the keyboard. Took some time to get used to gripping the sides but now have that mastered.

It is the perfect windows based touch laptop for my needs. I’ll use it mainly for work from home, since my Mac isn’t compatible/ convenient in the format I need for writing CNC programs. Like how the keyboard feels compared to the windows surface I didn’t like so much.
