This is my 2nd HP Envy. Works great. No issues. Lightweight and thin. Nice battery life. Don’t care for McAfee that comes with a free trial basis because Best Buy uses webroot included with the annual membership.

Easy setup, works great, love the graphics, came loaded with all the software I needed. I was looking to buy something cheaper but the salesman convinced me to buy this machine. That was the right move. Its fast and I think will be a while hopefully before its outdated. Very happy with the purchase

Great laptop with a lot of power. I did end up upgrading the ram and SSD to a larger size though. One thing that did annoy me with the changing of these is you have to remove the rubber feet to get at screws underneath. In doing so the adhesive gets disrupted and will probably make the feet fall off overtime.

The computer is very nice. The touchscreen and fingerprint sensor makes me feel like I have a pro laptop. I can even fold the computer into an iPad. Also I ordered a laptop cover and a keyboard case which makes the laptop look sooo cool. Perfect for students!!!!

Really good computer, works great for what I needed it for

Met Tony at the Crystal Lake store. Told him a few of the computers that I saw online that I liked. He told me the pluses and minuses of each and narrowed it down to 2. I asked him his preference and it was the same one that I picked. HP computer is working great. As expected.

I love this computer! I love how the backlit keyboard can be dim if too bright. It’s slim. I choose this over Apple iMac lol and I’m a Apple fan. Charge my computer and have not charged in a couple days…actually can’t remember when the last time I charged it.

Great laptop so far. Replacement for my pavilion laptop that is starting to show its age. This envy model is fast at startup and the fingerprint ID works great. Really like the aluminum case that feels sturdy but is still lightweight. Very happy with this purchase.

This laptop fits my needs perfectly. It's a very good mid range laptop for basic everyday needs. It's very lightweight and very fast compared to my previous 5yr old laptop. Setup was a breeze.

First time with a lap top. We are older and not to tech savvy. Found it to be easy to operate at normal task. Has all that we will ever need it for. Real handy to use with good speed and a information tool that is hands down with windows. The keyboard is easy to use. Much better handing with the mouse.

Its a nice laptop, looks nice and is updated to Windows 11. Its hinged so it can be stood up for presentations and be held as a notepad. I tried having the 256 SSD upgraded to 512 but that was not possible. Its a i5 which is sufficient for my purposes.

My old laptop, also an HP Envy, was beginning to show signs of age, so I male am appointment with the Geek Squad, packed it up, and headed to the Milpitas store to find a replacement machine and get my data transferred. I had been happy with the old HP machine, but this newer version impresses me. It's lighter, faster, and has an amazing display. I use an HP docking station when I work from home, and I love the combination.

This is a great laptop that can be converted to a tablet. It has a lot of processing power and I love the flexibility of folding it to have the experience of a tablet too. The only thing I miss is the numeric keyboard to the right.

I've been an apple person forever, this is a great machine. Touch Screen, dictation, back lit keyboard. I would recommend this above a MacBook, as it has the same speed, and well over a thousand less expensive.

Very good laptop, fast w/great display. The only negative was being told to bring in my old PC and the Geek Squad would be able to quickly move all data from my old PC. That is not and never is the case. That was part of the sale pitch. Be aware you need to leave your old PC for up to 3 days. Very disappointing.

Very nice easy to use for all of my computer needs. The size and weight is perfect for traveling and the touch screen is very good as well. So far so good on everything! Light up keyboard was a must!
