Bought the Computer for my wife. She is very pleased with it for we use. She does email and genealogy and buys things on Amazon. Not high powered stuff so I can’t comment on the power of the machine. However while she does not mind it, I hate windows 11.

This is a great higher end Laptop. You can tell it is a quality build. Its pretty fast thanks to the 16GB memory and 512GB Solid state Drive with the added 32GB Optane. My only complaint is that it is now missing the 10 Key pad that earlier versions of the HP Envy used to have.

fantastic product and exactly what we were looking for when upgrading our computer. the only downfall is windows 11 and the numerous bugs it currently has. The computer itself is perfect for work from home people if you can wait out the bugs.

It is lightweight and easy to handle. I like that it can flip to make it into a tablet.

The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable. With my daughter's knowledge of computers he was able to talk to her and was able to fit the computer to our needs. I will admit I know nothing about computers. He was great to work with.

I bought this as an x-mas present. I have set it up so he doesn't have to. The backlit keyboard is awesome. The TouchPad seems to be resistant to fingertip oils. It is so smooth. The picture quality is excellent. Computer response very good.

I purchased 2 of these 1 for myself and 1 for my wife and was expecting a lot from this laptop, It looks nice the screen is excellent in clarity, the sound quality is good. it only has 512 GB hard upgradeablerive space which is average however I would like to see a 1TB drive. The Hp- Envy's drive and Memory are not upgradable. This is is a quad-core i7 with SSD and Optane memory it "should be extremely fast" but it is laggy and slow to respond. My 6-year-old HP Envy 17" i7 Cpu several generations older than this one is much faster I think this is caused by Windows 11 which I believe is holding it back as it doesn't seem to be fully ready. Windows 11 is different but the changes are nice and I am liking it so far

Love my new laptop. It has been years since I purchased a new one and I could not be happier. The staff at my local best buy was great to work with. They helped point me in the right direction to make a purchase I was proud to have.

After reading and watching reviews I have no complaints. This HP is great for the price and had excelled my expectations. I have always had MAC but was looking for a PC to run certain software for my side business. The apps load quickly with stock RAM & processor. Again, great for the money.

Excellent computer for my needs. When it comes to computers, purchase based on use. This is a great computer for surfing the net, watching youtube videos and doing basic word and excel functions. Love the touchscreen functionality, which is extremely responsive.

Looks great. Battery life not amazing but it works for what I need.

Worked okay for a few months now it won't turn on. I have tried everything from resetting but it won't read the hard disk.

I bought it for my daughter who is returning to college to complete her degree and for her everyday personal use. She loves it. She originally thought about purchasing a lesser brand to save money, but I explained that she should possibly be spending more money in the meantime.

Really good computer only downfall is the constant loud noise from the fan

Easy to set up. Easy to operate. Have no negative experience as of yet.

Great laptop just wish battery life was better, the value is excellent.
