I couldn't decide between a laptop and tablet so I got both in one. I love it. I also bought the pen to write and draw. Less paper and I don't have notes laying everywhere. So amazing!

Sales Associate helped with selection. Geek Squad completed initial setup. This laptop is so much faster, smaller, lighter, and more enjoyable to use than my older HP it replaced. Great value and very pleased with purchase.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. He has a long way to go in learning all this laptop is capable of doing, but enjoying the process. So far, no complaints!

I didn’t realize it didn’t have the numeric keypad but I’ll get used to it. Other than that, so far I’m happy with it.

Good laptop. However, even with the keyboard lit up, the keys are very difficult to see. There’s not enough color contrast between the key and the character. In some light situations it’s fine. But in others, it’s really not visible. I’m 29 and my vision is great, it a poor design.

This laptop was a upgrade of the exact model I purchased 10 years ago. I hope to get 10+ years out of this one. So far I have not one complaint and love the 2-n-1 feature.

Bought a new computer. Jason was a great help in figuring out the best computer for my needs. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining things to a senior citizen. Had great service setting up from Geek Scad.

We purchased the HP laptop as a replacement for a 2016 Dell Inspiron Laptop that was slowing down. This laptop is superfast, has windows 11 with a HD touch screen. Very little bevel so you get more screen.

This is my first purchase of a laptop and I am so thrilled to finally be able to get rid of my desktop. The purchasing experience could not have been better. I look forward to many enjoyable years with my laptop.

Operates great! Geek Squad set everything up for me and walked me through operation. Only drawback is I took the silver laptop & keyboard letters/numbers are hard to read in certain lighting.

The HP ENVY 15.6” was just what I needed. Set up was smooth and intuitive. I don’t do a lot of gaming and only moderate surfing so it’s size is perfect. I like the look and action of the keyboard.

Perfect computer to meet my business needs. The multiple auxiliary ports was the deciding factor in selecting this model as well as the price for the value

This laptop is amazing. The battery life is longer than my last laptop. The battery lasts for 4 or 5 hours before charging it again. The speed and display is fast. The laptop is great for school work.

It has a great screen and color quality. Still learning to use but so far so good. Wish a little more assistance was available. I did not have the money for the geek squad. Wish more help was offered.

I have had HP computers for years. This time I changed from a 17 inch to this one and it is just fine for how I use it. It is light and will travel easily.

A great laptop with desktop style power and memory. Especially if you are doing moderate to heavy graphics work, this machine can handle it. Very happy with the HP user features as well.

This computer has all the capabilities I was looking for and then some. Nice feel to the keyboard. I feel it has exceptional value for the price. I was also surprised at how quickly it shipped!
