Good product. Fan is very loud. Battery only lasts about three hours. Lightweight. Dont like the silver color. Hard to see keyboard in some types of lighting even with backlight. Overall does the job

Fast, portable, light, great battery life. Good camera and audio. I am a writer and have large files and Grammarly open all the old time. My Dell couldn't handle the load, the HP has no problem. So far I love it. I have two monitors attached and everything works flawlessly.

Current laptop was dying so I have been researching many places for the past months for a new laptop. As a real estate agent using a laptop daily for 10 or more hours, choosing the right one is essential! I know my must-have and it would be nice items. When I found this laptop at Best Buy, it immediately exceeded all other laptops with the specs and the price was below my range. WOW was my first thought, I went to my local store, double-checked, and ordered right away. My 5-star experience didn't end there - I was told about the Geek Squad service plan benefits and added it. The laptop arrived faster than expected, the Geek Squad set it up for me, added my requested special requirements to use for my business, the service and people were fast, professional, very affordable and the service was over and above. ONE more thing, the service people told me my other laptop was covered under the plan as well, so I had them look at it - surprise - they could fix it by adding a new hard drive. Both laptops were checked out, set up and now I have a new one for business and my other is working like new as my personal laptop! Affordable, great service, wonderful assistance - very satisfied! I saved money, received more than expected, had an outstanding experience.

I purchased this computer for my son for college. It has more than exceeded our expectations. It is compatible with all of the college IT activities he needs to be connected to for both academics, and clubs. He has taken exams on it successfully, as well as submitted assignments easily. He also uses it to manage his school housing, personal finances, entertainment. He will also have it for his whole undergrad college career, and hopefully longer. A fine product.

I’m giving this lap top a 5 star because everything about it is awesome.However I am not happy with the actual battery life when sitting at my back porch trying to watch videos,However it may just be program’s on or user error.Not really sure. But I love that the screen is touch screen, not sensitive and responds great. I am sure there are more stuff to learn as I continue working with it..

This is my best purchase yet. This laptop is fast and easy to use, we especially love the touchscreen.

Great Laptop for work and leisure. Love the touch screen and convertible option

I was a PC user dating way back to when we worked in DOS. Then came Windows and all of its iterations. Loved them all until Windows 10 and that is when I switched to a MacBook Air. So, why am I reviewing a PC? The new miniLED screens on the latest MacBooks cause blurry vision and headaches as I move my eyes around the screen. Eye doc says my eyes are fine. I was in need of a new laptop and was really disheartened. So, I went to BestBuy and started looking at PC screens. This ENVY immediately stood out as the one I needed. The computer itself is stunning. Solidly built and gorgeous to look at. The display is clear, bright, deep contrasts and most importantly for me, non miniLED. The keyboard feels perfect. Fast typing as the keys are perfectly spaced and sized, and have just the right response. The trackpad? Not so much but then there is nothing quite like a MAC magic trackpad. My mouse works great. This Envy is heavy and thick compared to my MacBook but is remarkably comfortable to use on my lap. Love all the ports. I’ve not used this in tablet form and never will. I’ve my iPad for that. Nor do I use the touchscreen. This comes with Windows 11. Had it been Windows 10 I would not have bought it. I really like 11…a lot! I know it is getting a lot of negativity because of the changes, but for me, it is great because Microsoft has done a pretty good job of emulating Apple’s OS. It was remarkably easy to come back to. Kinda like coming home. The computer is fast. I’ve yet to experience any slowdown while having multiple windows open. I’ve loaded one of my games and it runs perfectly. More to come. I have some research to do re: virus and malware protection as I’m not a great McAfee fan…and my Mac never needed it. I have been putting this Envy through its paces for two weeks and I like it more every day. Time will tell but I think I’ve found the answer to my dilemma. HIGHLY recommend!

The best laptop I've ever owned. Im sure I haven't explored everything I can do with it but it has wonderful graphics, stores lots of photos, and surfs the internet fast. The only issue I've had was the camera. It stopped working. I'm not sure if it's a time when I grabbed it to open it up or what.

Light weight and easy to use. I work and go to school fulltime and this laptop is perfect for both.

You cant beat this laptop 16gb RAM, 512gb SSD, & 32 GB Optane for rite at 1k!! I have had it for a couple weeks and it has everything I need and more. You can get all the above things on a laptop but you are usually around the $1500 range. Everything you get w/ this laptop for the price its a homerun!!

This was my first laptop and the best decision I could have made. The versatility of use as a desktop laptop and tablet makes it the perfect laptop to use for small group presentations as well as personal use.

Gift for my granddaughter proved to be an excellent choice. She loves how light the 15.6" Device was. Also, how easy it was to set up and download Office 365 onto it. Keys are excellently positioned for keystrokes. Overall a very fast and and highly performanced machine. Battery life on a single charge was quick and worked for hours without cord.
