This laptop is fast and efficient. It has a problem dropping or stopping my wifi connection but I have seen many results of fixes online. The screen is a brilliant, bright screen and it synced up with my desktop right away when I first booted it up. It synced through OneDrive.

This 16-inch laptop is simply amazing. I use it for everything—studying, movies, heavy downloads—and it handles it all flawlessly. I can hold countless open tasks, and the computer runs everything very, very smoothly. It's easily one of the best computers I've ever had. Its only limitation is a lack of high-end gaming capability, but for any other use, this computer is a dependable, high-performance workhorse. A definite top-tier machine for productivity and media consumption.

Lightweight and best screen resolution, a backlit keyboard with a turned-down feature makes this Laptop unique. Overall HP Envy 2 -in-1 16" 2k laptop is a good choice for both portability and power. I easily get through a full day of work without needing to reach for the charger.

The PC works well. The only thing i didnt like was the lighted keyboard keeps going off to soon and there is no place to add more memory. Wish there was a way to have better control of the lighted keyboard wish it would stay on longer. The PC also gets hot after an extended period of use.

This is the third HP Envy 2-in-1 that I have purchased. Unfortunately, my toddler destroyed my last one. I love this laptop!!! It is perfect for all my needs, both personal and professional. I'm finishing up grad school and currently working in the healthcare field, so a fast laptop is a necessity. I hate that this model is discontinued though. I guess I'll have to try another model next time. I want to add that I also got to use the price match guarantee and received some of my money back when it went on sale within the permitted window. This was a great buying experience at Best Buy!!!

Easy to set up! I bought one for my daughter for Christmas, and she loves it. I had an old Microsoft Surface Go with a pencil. She took the pencil; now she uses the tablet even more. Now I need to get one for myself. Happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a good non Mac laptop and was pointed in this direction and I couldn’t be happier. Great running laptop and I love the touch screen.

This laptop is really smooth. I enjoy the backlight during the dark when typing at night. I do miss that the numbers are only at the top vs both top and side (like my other hp). This laptop is a bit smaller, but it operates really well. The touch screen is always a must have for me with my laptops. this is convertible, which is great. I'm not an IT geek but it has a lot of the artistic, graphic stuff. Glad that I got this.

I am very pleased with the laptop I purchased. It has a nice large screen with very clear and distinct pictures and text. It charges quickly, is lightweight and works exactly for what I needed.

I’m still getting used to my new computer. But so far, it’s been working great. I have more storage space and it runs much faster than my old computer. Very pleased with the purchase.

Overall, for the price, it's a good value laptop for everyday uses. I used to be an editor and had a top quality laptop. I'm not doing that anymore so I couldn't reconcile paying to dollar when I'm not working on it for my career. In the beginning when I was seeing yo my laptop, u ran into a few problems. Mainly, it forgot the password I set up and I had to go through a long process to reset it...several times before it stopped doing that. Otherwise, it's a decent laptop. The volume could be louder but it does what I need, but I including things for my new career.

Speed of the laptop and quality of display is good. Like the co-pilot that it comes with. Over-all I am pleased with the product.

Doesnt knock my socks off for a 5 star but its the first laptop ive had in ten years. Speed seems good and everything seems to work well. Would definitely recomend to a friend.
