This was a big step and learning curve for me ...from an early HP Windows 7 laptop to Windows 11. I am liking the new Laptop very much. The keypad has just the right touch for me and the keys are large enough that I can type accurately quickly. I like the touch screen and am using a bit more every day. However, it is very difficult to read in bright lights (sunshine thru a window) due to the smooth glass. I knew this would be an issue, but I chose a crisp picture over the reflection. I can get a diffusing screen later. The built-in pad mouse is the best I've been able to use as all others either don't "hear" me or move the pointer by some magic without me touching the pad. Consequently, I use an external mouse. Its dongle occupies a port. I wish that this laptop had a USB - C on the right side so that I could charge the machine from either the right or left sides. I, also, am disappointed to not have an SD card reader! But overall, I am very happy with this computer.

I've been very pleased with this purchase. The display quality is really good, the battery life is good, and it was very easy to set up. Money well spent.

Very effective Laptop, light and fast and usar friendly. My daughter is very happy and uses her school work. Will recomend to friend and to everyone. Not expensive for the model. I wish there are more options for the colors. I had purchased two in 2021 and still the silver color is the only option in 2025!!!. Need more color choices.

The screen is nice and large and bright and the keyboard is good for a laptop keyboard. Wish there was less AI things in it but those are an easy uninstall. Got a great price since it was open box too, saved hundreds of dollars! :)

I love this laptop is so easy to use! It made life so much easier since I started my computer science major college I needed the window system programs and of course material. I have now learned how to link my MacBook to my HP and they both work seamlessly perfect – it’s amazing!!!! Oh and 360 features are impeccable!!!! It really is able to flip around and I can set it up to be virtually any size or type of screen from a mini movie screen to my personal tv or phone screen or stand!!!!!

Love this laptop. It’s super fast a lightweight. I have been backpacking and work remotely From it. Great size and amount of memory. Touch screen is nice as well. Definitely worth the investment

I love this laptop! User friendly, lightning fast to load websites, Can be used with electrical or battery power, battery lasts well, easy to use touch par or connect to keyboard and mouse. Display is clear and has many display choices.

I'm very pleased with this. I do wish it had at least one more USB 2.0 port, but all in all this is a terrific product. I bought a Logitech wireless Mouse to use with it, just b/c I prefer using a mouse. Nevetheless, the touch-screen and the touch-pad both work very well, and the Display is large and wonderful.

Probably the best buy from my side for this convertible laptop. Smooth functioning, no hearing issue, large screen, good useful keyboard features etc. It's a must buy recommendation from my side.

The keyboard on this is excellent! I LOVE using it as a touch screen when completing work tasks and transferring files. Large screen and very fast processing.

This laptop has all the feautures I was looking for in a computer. It has a large screen, Microsoft, flip screen to use as a tablet, touch screen, backlit keyboard, storage, and quick! Very happy with this purchase. It is perfect for anyone needing it for school or business!

This is great i am using this laptop for my stocking bills. The battery life is great how i am expecting from the this laptop. Speed is good great cause they are giving 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. Screen is absolutely great.

Great screen and comparable, if not better, battery life to similar laptops. I'm not giving 5 stars for battery life because I don't truly believe any laptop I've used in the past few years has had battery life that impressed me. All other factors are the same for anything that has similar specs. HP, especially the Envy line, has been treating me well, alongside Lenovo and Dell, in regards to quality and ability to hold up over time. If you like the price, it's a great pick for the specs.

Great laptop! Love the battery length as my days are filled with start and stop use. The mix of touch screen helps in those moments as well. Has made my days flow much easier, truly so glad that i chose this product. Can see myself sticking with HP from here on out!

Delivered perfectly by Best buy on the promised date & time. Got this HP laptop at a good offer price. The machine is smooth and faster at this price range with an added advantage of touch screen. Best buy provided a six month Webroot AV which is an added bonus on this purchase. Overall a happy purchase.
