Great laptop! Love the battery length as my days are filled with start and stop use. The mix of touch screen helps in those moments as well. Has made my days flow much easier, truly so glad that i chose this product. Can see myself sticking with HP from here on out!

Delivered perfectly by Best buy on the promised date & time. Got this HP laptop at a good offer price. The machine is smooth and faster at this price range with an added advantage of touch screen. Best buy provided a six month Webroot AV which is an added bonus on this purchase. Overall a happy purchase.

Setup, Speed, and Operation of this computer is great for both personal and business use!

Great keyboard and mouse pad with full size shift and enter keys. Better yet, the mouse pad is not offset and is in the center of the machine. Speed is more than adequate for daily computing and the sound is a cut above. Also, HP doesn't clutter their machines with a lot of ad ware.

This is a great option for those who need a robust laptop but can't afford the more expensive options. Its a bit slow on startup and is missing a few of the more fancy options, but it gets the job done. Good sound, nice keyboard, not too heavy and a larger screen make this a good option at a reasonable price.

I ordered this laptop because my old one was super slow and all I can say is wow! This lap top is one of those most worth it purchases. I love that it can fold and is touch screen. Works super fast and works with so many different programs!

Purchased this for my daughter in college. She loves the graphics and touchscreen. The screen large and it’s easy to use. The best feature is it flips and stands up.

This is an excellent computer that has all the power I need for Quicken, spreadsheets and word processing - and more. I looked at replacing my previous lower level HP computer with another similar model, but opted to pay extra for this one, and I'm glad I did. Love the lighted keyboard, sound and display quality. Definitely an upgrade over my previous lower line HP computer. The HP Envy line is quality - my wife has one which at 8 years is going strong. At 75 years of age, I am hopeful that this could last ten years and be my last computer.

So we got this laptop at a fantastic price the normal retail price. Not sure I would give such a rave review at full price, but for that we paid this is a fantastic laptop. The screen is bright, the touchscreen works well. It’s got Wi-Fi 6E and was able to max out my Google Fiber 1G connection on wireless (1200/950). Would have liked a 1TB SSD vs 512 but I can live with that. 16GB ram is minimum these days so don’t even consider anything less. All in all we hope to be using this for many years to come (or until Microsoft decides to stop supporting something!).

This system is amazing. It has a huge wide screen. The colors are bright and vibrant. The graphics are sharp. The processor is ultra fast. I can do my gaming with ease and no lag. The laptop stays cool even with pretty intense gaming. This machine is everything I wanted. I’m happy with my purchase.

I have had my laptop for a few months now and still love it. I do wish that it came with a slot to put a stylus. The only bad part I've discovered is facial recognition for the login does kind of suck and only works about 20% of the time. The battery life is very good on it and I love being able to turn it into a tablet with the 360 touch screen

Great laptop for productivity. Personally have had zero issues with this. In additin, the i5 ultra is strong enough to play some games, in my case, Civilization VI without any issues. Looks good, has hdmi and 2 usb ports. One more would be nice but no biggie. 4 out of 5

Love the tab/computer combination lightweight and bonus it touch screen so no mouse is needed.

Replaced a 2 year old Lenovo. Great build quality. Great display for my use (preparing lessons with MS Office, web browsing, etc.). For educational use, all software I use (typical teacher) performance is excellent. I also like the display size and ratio.
