The best laptop I ever used it works so fast and easy to use I enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone who looking forward to get a laptop

I bought this laptop computer to replace my old one. It's fast and has good battery life. I like the backlit keys.

Overall a great laptop for a student, researcher, or if you just need to handle everyday business. I am still exploring this laptop and its multifaceted uses and features. I do like the Copilot app it is so useful and easy to use. I will say be prepared to invest in a nice pen to use the touch-screen, I have a pretty regular pen a brand pen from Amazon, and will probably upgrade when I get the chance to a more compatible model. I use this laptop to run ArcGIS and it is so smooth. I suggest looking over the logistics or the hardware, software, etc for this computer before buying.

My wife is very happy with her new HP laptop. It's a real good value, especially on sale; She's only had it for about two months, but so far, so good. I also purchased the Microsoft Office Home and Student, 2021, for a one time cost of $149. It installed without a hitch. It's a better quality screen for watching movies, etc, without shelling out a lot more money. We already have Norton Anti-Virus so I just added this laptop to it. Also, I found HP Support to be very helpful answering questions and addressing concerns. Just make sure you also purchase a high speed USB-C to ethernet adapter, assuming you want to be able to use internet patch cable to plug your laptop into your modem, because this laptop does not include an ethernet port. I got her a carrying case to help protect the laptop for about $30, which was well worth it. Also, we run a fan on the laptop when using it, to help keep it cool in hotter weather; overheating is bad for a computer. We did not test or try to use the advertised touch-screen capability.

I'm very happy with it. Easy and quick to set up. I am happy with speed as it is a step up from my 8-year-old desktop. I really like the touch screen feature.

Seamless experience! Good battery life, could have added a backlit option in the keyboard. Speakers are great for a laptop, and the screen deliveres awesome visuals!

This laptop is perfect my my caual use of blogging and writting articles, as well as arching movies on the go! I espcially love the touch screen and tablet feature! Its a powerhouse of speed and performance!

I'm a writer going to school for Psychology, a major that requires a LOT of research and writing. I was aiming for an LG. The supervisor insisted on the HP (the one I'm typing on now!) and I'm so glad he did. The touch screen is AMAZING!! I told my mom about the laptop and she got herself one!

light weight and easy to use. back light on the keyboard. keys are big enough for easy typing. Unknown battery life at this point so I couldn't really rate that, but didn't want it to go against what I already like about this laptop.
