    I forgot his name, but he was a supervisor in Springfield, MA. He helped me pick a good laptop within my budget with the things I needed. I'm a writer going to school for Psychology, a major that requires a LOT of research and writing. I was aiming for an LG. The supervisor insisted on the HP (the one I'm typing on now!) and I'm so glad he did. The touch screen is AMAZING!! I told my mom about the laptop and she got herself one!

    This model has everything I need in terms of power, memory, size and battery life. The fact that it's a 2-in-1 and has a touchscreen at this price is really pleasing. I've had it a couple of weeks and am very pleased. Highly recommended.

    Big fan of HP laptops, and this one makes my list of "would buy more of these". 16GB of RAM might get upgraded to 32GB as Windows 11 gets more and more hardware intense. The processor is zippy fast, and I've never noticed the fan crank up. The display is bright and crisp! The touch screen is a nice... touch. But really, HP has their stuff together on this one. Plenty of USB ports on it, but no ethernet available.

    My wife is very happy with her new HP laptop. It's a real good value, especially on sale; She's only had it for about two months, but so far, so good. I also purchased the Microsoft Office Home and Student, 2021, for a one time cost of $149. It installed without a hitch. It's a better quality screen for watching movies, etc, without shelling out a lot more money. We already have Norton Anti-Virus so I just added this laptop to it. Also, I found HP Support to be very helpful answering questions and addressing concerns. Just make sure you also purchase a high speed USB-C to ethernet adapter, assuming you want to be able to use internet patch cable to plug your laptop into your modem, because this laptop does not include an ethernet port. I got her a carrying case to help protect the laptop for about $30, which was well worth it. Also, we run a fan on the laptop when using it, to help keep it cool in hotter weather; overheating is bad for a computer. We did not test or try to use the advertised touch-screen capability.
