It has a Great screen decent battery life and pretty light wieght overall its a good laptop for the prices and gets the Job done.

This is a great laptop. I recommend it for home office and anyone who would like a wider screen. The speed is awesome. It is great for multitasking or teleconferencing.

When I bought this computer, I had no plans to use the touch screen feature, but it has become really handy. The ability to backlight the keyboard has also been very helpful. I was a little hesitant to buy an open-box laptop, but everything is working perfectly. My only wish would be for the 10-key numbers on the keyboard but I knew that was not a feature when buying.

Lucky to get the best deal of $549 on this laptop. Last month I bought a 14" variant. I was so happy with the feel and performance of that one, that I recommended it to my family member. Hence bought a 16" model too. The screen resolution is topnotch and the performance is great for home and business use. I am happy with the sound quality as well. This is the first time I have opted for AMD processor instead of Intel and I have no complaints so far. The overall feel and performance of the laptop is premium.

This laptop has been very helpful in graduate school. The larger screen works well when trying to split screen. The backlit keyboard is a very nice feature to have. On the right side the CTRL key has been replaced with the Microsoft Co-pilot key and that is taking some getting used to. It can be sometimes helpful though. The keys at the top have a lot of useful features that are easy to tell by the icons. The laptop sometimes needs a wipe since some smudges tend to be obvious but it is not a big deal.

I liked the computer as it had a great processor, ram and large ssd. It was also offered at a greatbprice

My previous HP laptop was old, slow to start and having frequent issues. This new version was on a great sale, is so quick to load and be ready for use (Intel Core Ultra 7) and has great storage. Well worth the investment! Having a Geek Squad membership meant the transfer of files was free. Questions about new features were answered as well.

I'm really enjoying this laptop. The screen clarity is great, speed between use of different apps for me is great, and battery life fits my life style just right. I'd buy this laptop again.

Excellent laptop. I've been buying laptops, tablets, IPads, etc., for over 30 years. I bought one of the original Compaq tablet computers (still have it). I buy only HP laptops and Surface tablets. This laptop is exceptional for the price. Light. Large clear screen. Excellent choice for road warriors. The tablet function is a great feature. I can afford any laptop, but no need for a more expensive one. Its a business tool. This one does a great job and at this sale price is hard to pass up.

This is an excellent small business machine! I have owned multiple HP laptops and this one is by far the best I have purchased. The price point was very fair and it was an extra bonus that I was lucky enough to find it on special was an extra bonus! Overall, I am confident this laptop will last me a few years.
