This is my fifth hp pavilion and it’s just as good as my other ones were. This has all the features and plus’s that I currently need. My pages and games all load faster and I am able to do more now with my online game. I have plenty of memory, data storage and other apps needed for my games. Really pleased with this unit as I needed to upgrade for the game to work correctly. Also, with it being on sale, it fit my social security budget very well.

My 5 years old HP Envy 360 suddenly died. I get blue screen and it is asking me to install OS. I assume something happened during shut-down, but I have no skills to fix it. I could take it to repair center, but it is 5 years old, so I know what they are going to say. I quickly started searching for replacement. I really like this series, so I wanted something similar to my old one. I understand by reading some articles that HP is phasing out from Envy series, yet I still wanted to get Envy. Then I found this model on sale at Best Buy. Knowing it does not have a numeric keypad which I like to use, but it was a deal that I could not ignore. I placed an order right away, and picked it up next day. My old laptop was 12GB memory, and this one is 16. Screen size is 16" which is about the same with my 15.6" old one. Starting up and setting up was super easy. I remember those old time that we used to take at least half a day to set up a new PC. This was nothing. Screen is super clear, with more than enough power. I like it so far. I am OK with face recognition system, but I don't like the fact that the camera needs to be on all the time. I like to close camera when it is not in use. Process wise, I have no complain at this time

HP makes a great computer and laptops are so convenient to use. The ease of use is great and so far I’m more than happy with this purchase. As always I’ve been happy doing business with Best Buy. You can’t eat their selection and quality of products they sell. They also make it very easy to not even have to leave home to make a purchase. We will always keep going back to Best Buy for most of our home appliance and technology purchases.

Keeping in mind as using the laptop for personal and office purpose. After lot of research decided to take. Buying in bestbuy with best price is first impressed. After using feeling decision is wont disappointed. Overall above average satisfaction.

I've been using this laptop for a variety of activities like surfing the web, watching TV and movies, and intense multitasking while studying and researching. The bright screen performs exceptionally well even in direct sunlight, which is a huge plus. The battery life has impressed me with its ability to keep up with my heavy usage. Highly recommend this laptop for anyone seeking reliability and performance.

Works great. I bought it on the fly and didn’t notice it doesn’t have the number keys on the right, but I love the lights on the keyboard. Nothing fancy but it does what I need it to. This is my second HP laptop. Will probably stay with HP because they are very reliable.

Excellent laptop! I have been using this for over one year. It has sufficient storage for my schoolwork and projects, and the display is pleasant as well.

I liked the 2 in 1 feature. Makes so much easier to casually watch videos. The 16 GB RAM is good and helps in video editing. I TB SSD means no need of external Hard disk for long time. I bought 1 month back. So far so good. However, Battery life could be improved. Fan makes some noise while doing heavy editing, but it is normal in windows laptop. Will update the review after using for another some time.

Hands down the BEST laptop!!! Needed a reliable laptop for my business that can hold a lot of files. Love the fact that it folds over into a tablet.

Ive had this laptop for the last 6 months and hands down this is a great computer! The AI co pilot feature is the best i love the extra help that it provides. I just got a second one today for my daughter cause she loves my computer and i dont want to share, so got her the same one.
