This HP laptop was a nice bargain, with plaentynof RAM and a large SDD. Boots fast and battery life has been really good. Touchscreen is nice to have. Sound quality isn't exceptional, but that isn't what I use a laptop for. It has minimal 3rd party crapware, so the trials to deal with are the Mcafee virus scanner and the Microsoft 365 trial version. It comes with Windows 11 Home version, not the Pro version, so does not support remote desktop operation.

It is a great laptop. Screen size, weight, speed all a plus. No numbers pad which isn't needed unless you are accounting. But I do miss the page up/down buttons. I love the versatility of the 2-in-1.

Purchased this for myself and ended up having to share with my high school student when her Lenovo laptop died. We both liked it so much that I ended up buying a second one for her so I could have mine to myself. Love the touch screen, display is great and screen size is perfect for one with not so great eyesight.

Great laptop and a good deal on open box. It has ample storage space and good speed. It is also light weight and sufficient battery time. very happy with this one

This laptop is the best I have have purchased to date. It has both keyboard and touch screen, performing all functions with efficiency and speed. It has outstanding picture video and sound quality. I can have several tabs open with no disruption. I waited too long to replace my other laptop.

Looking for a laptop for personal business & home use, I wanted something that had enough CPU & memory to keep busier applications that are known to be "memory hogs" While this is not top of the line, it's proven itself over & over, running multiple memory taxing apps without any impact on performance. I'm totally satisfied with this purchase. It is incredibly fast & the battery life is amazing.

Easy to use light weight perfect size for traveling

I've only had it for a few weeks, however Its a very reliable laptop. Processing power is great, Its very light-weight for traveling and comes with a lot of disk space. My favorite feature is the idle mode that recognizes your presence, ultimately saving battery life.

Great laptop. Huge screen, very fast, 2-1 works very well. I'm only a light gamer and it's been doing ok with most rts games played. AI function working well and very handy. Long battery life

Lightweight, compact, and has a great screen. It has settings to have a "game" mode for preformance, thoigh I need it forbwprk reasons, and it is more than enough. Space is great and its size is big, but not overbearing. Great in general. Recommended.

Really like this computer! Fast, lightweight, 360 monitor. My only gripe is - the cloud stuff is integrated so deeply its hard to get by it. I prefer to save locally. Got a good deal on this laptop as well when i purchased it.

I love my computer, you can view in so many angles, and you can also turn it upside down and view it. You can also turn it flat like a tablet. Totally worth the money.

I have had the laptop since November and it is quick and easy to use, I often use the touchscreen to quickly perform a task. I don't use it as a tablet too much but it is a great feature to have and will use it more frequently in the future. I flip between programs easily and often have two search engines going at the same time for various reasons without any hitches.

So far, nothing negative to say about this laptop. It’s super fast and battery life is great. Size is a little bigger than my usual preference buts not big of a deal. Light weight and not bulky. I definitely recommend this laptop for school work and remote work.
