This All in One is a mega machine! Beautiful screen, very sensitive to touch, lots of USB ports. ONLY ISSUE IS THAT IT'S EASILY KNOCKED OVER!! Because the screen *is* so wide, the base isn't really heavy enough to hold it down, so a cat can EASILY knock it over! BE WARNED!

If you're a desk top person as I am, this is a great upgrade. No more desk clutter! I do some graphic design and am pleased with the screen quality and color. The camera and mic are also good quality. It's just much cleaner, compact and more streamlined than the Envy it replaced with all the peripherals. Strongly recommend that you run the Windows updates FIRST, before installing any working programs as we installed programs first. The update caused the audio to cease working and with some much appreciated help from Best Buy we uninstalled everything and started over, running the Win update first and all is well.

This is my second one, and looking to buy more for the office. This computer has the most power and processing speed for it price range. And not to mention the Bang & Olufsen stereo is great.

Fast and powerful with great sound and screen. Only issue I’ve had is with the Wifi. Can’t necessarily blame the computer, but it keeps disconnecting. Only computer that does this. Other than that, very happy with purchase. Fast and looks very slick.

The computer is quite fast. The available storage allows me to accumulate my music, photos, etc on the hard drive and programs on the SSD. Speakers produce very good sound.

This machine was not the cheapest or biggest, but definitely the best choice. My family enjoys the many fine benefits that HP is not bashful about charging for. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and in this case, it was worth it!

I replaced my 10 year old HP desktop computer with this amazing All-In-One and couldn't be happier. My old computer was so outdated that I was no longer able to do certain things on it. I wanted to replace it before it went dead & researched different computers, deciding on an all-in-one. Best Buy Geek Squad transferred the data from my old computer so I didn't lose anything. This beauty does everything I would ever need it to do & then some.

PROS: This All-in-One pretty much has it all. + The SSD for OS, apps, and often-used data (means it boots and loads in seconds) and the monster 2TB drive for everything else (no need for a separate drive for the big stuff). + The screen is large and really sharp. + The B&O sound system is quite good and better than most separate PC speakers (and no wires!). + The whole system is rather elegant. CONS(?): These aren't really negatives since they would require a more expensive machine, but these are the (IMO minor) limitations: - The SSD is "only" 256GB which after Win10 and the usual suspect office apps leaves "only" about 130GB. A 500GB drive would be nice but simply being a little careful with current data on the SSD it would work fine. - The i7 processor (8700T) is not the most recent (Q2'18) but it's pretty fast: 6 core, 12 thread, turbo up to 4.0 GHz, with 12MB L3 cache. Worth the money for sure.

We always buy HP desktop and laptop computers. The HP Envy is, by far, the best. It is easy to use and extremely fast. The monitor is superb.

Love the touch screen, computer is the fastest I've ever used. Large screen easy to see.

I told myself I didn't want to regret my new computer purchase by letting myself pay a little more. I don't regret buying this machine at all. Its amazing. After you have an SSD you'll never go back! I press the power button and its on. No waiting for anything! The keyboard and mouse could be a little better quality but nothing I cant upgrade.

I loved this computer but had to return it for a 480SSD + a 2T hard drive. If I did not use a large accounting program on it it would be great, Superfast, Great screen, the Picture quality was amazing. Overall even though I returned it, it was a great computer but just not enough working space for me. I loved the hideaway camera and the sound dial.

This is a great TV. It has a very good picture and sound without using a sound bar. Set up was a breeze.

Plenty of memory and fast processor. One feature that was important in my purchase is the input/out video. I can use as a monitor with work laptop as well has my main home computer. Easy to switch between the two without the need of an external switch. Only issue during start-up was the latest sound drive did not appear to be compatible. I almost returned computer, but once I reloaded old driver, it appears to be working well.

Works well easy to set up Only issue I had is the power button is not marked well
