Happy with this All-In-One used by my wife. Has good performance and has been able to do everything we need from it. We've connected additional storage for backups, added a scanner, and printers. My wife has done video editing (using Pinnacle Studio) on this system and had no complaints. Sound on this system is very good too. Adjusting sound however takes some playing around with to figure out (not intuitive). Overall a good product.

Fast, reliable, and efficient. This computer can handle anything you need running and has energy to spare. I currently work from home and have never had a problem running a browser, multiple documents, music, a video editor, AND a virtual meeting at the same time. I love this desktop and can't say it enough.

Family is very excited about using this machine. My wife and daughter are inspired to do their school homework just because of how great this machine performs. Also, my 4 yr old granddaughter is excited about the touchscreen monitor and her ability to play learning games on it.

Bought this computer for my wife after her mac crashed after many years. It was easy to setup and has so far been working great. I am a little jealous as this is the computer i was going to upgrade to but that's OK as i can now see how it operates before i purchase one for myself.

I replaced an HP 27 inch with a new one with better memory and updated software. My purchase was handled with care and professionalism. The sales associate knew exactly what I wanted and was able to order it for me with the least amount of time.

Lovely design and a fast computer for everyday use

This computer is probably the best that I have ever had. It is blazing fast. I love the face recognition feature. It works flawlessly far better than on any cell phone that I have had. It boots up literally in seconds. I am not a gamer so cannot speak to that.For most daily tasks Iwould highlyrecommend it.

Purchased this as preowned but the camera did not work - defeated the purchase of an all-in-one. Best buy was very accomodating and took it back no questions asked. Switched to a Dell All In One and have not looked back. The Dell Inspiron 27 7000 has a much better form factor than this HP.

Nice all in one computer. Doesn’t have all the cords and cables of a standard computer. Just the power cord. The keyboard is nice and sturdy and wireless. It’s a little small though. The Mose is a little cheap. The computer powers up very fast. The switch is on the back of the stand which is strange. It should be in the front or top of the stand. The built in speakers are great with awesome sound. I was very surprised while listening to YouTube music. The 27 monitors is very nice and provides a good work environment. You can add a second monitor if you want with the hdmi port. A second monitor didn’t seem to affect the speed any. You might want to get a powered usb hub. Most of the USB ports are in the back and not very easy to get to. Overall great computer. Very happy with it.

This computer is great looking, fast and would be no complaints other than a sound driver issue. The computer arrived without the drivers and getting the right one installed was a hassle that a layman could not accomplish. HP customer service is very poor. If it wasn't for the on line help and other customers comments in chats, we would have never figured it out.
