I tried to buy this during the pandemic to upgrade my home office ability. They were sold out of all but the "open box" machines and I thought it would be fine - turns out, not really. First, the computer itself. It's gorgeous. A nice large screen and substantial base so it looks great on your desk. The heavy base also mean that the big screen is stable. Unfortunately, I only got as far as turning it on so this is all I can verify. Now, the rest. When I got the machine home there were some dents in the back of the screen casing, not a big deal and covered by the Best Buy disclaimer. More annoying was that the covering for the battery compartment on the keyboard was missing, so my "new" $1400 computer would need duct tape on the keyboard forever. Still, I saved $300 right? Then, I find that the power cord for the power brick is missing, I have the brick, but not the cable to plug it into the wall. Call Best Buy the next day and the very helpful manager says he will see if they have one in store. 3 hrs later I text back and am told to revisit the store to pick one up. Back at home I set up the machine, clear space on my desk, plugged in, voila! Everything powers on and it's gorgeous - but it seems some dude has already set up his account on the computer. No worries, just delete him and set up my account, right? Nope. Turns out that the account is set up for the "retail sales demonstration" and I am unable to set a new admin or even mute the demonstration. I call again, to the same very helpful manager, and he tells me that I'll have to come in again to drop the machine off and have them properly reset it (I guess it can't be done remotely). At this point I've had enough and I'll never trust this computer again. So I do indeed go back to the store, but I return the whole mess and buy a brand new, but lesser model, computer. TL:DR - Pretty, but make sure to buy it new.

This PC is fast. The only negatives, the location of the power switch is in the back and the keyboard does not always register all keystrokes.

This is a great computer, everything you could ever want, its so fast and very quiet, It has so many features. I am very happy with it so far.

I am very pleased with the screen size and features, I especially like the integrated sound bar. I've never had touch screen before and I like zooming with touch.

Boots up quickly, has good screen and plenty of storage. Beware this does not have an optical drive so you may need an external one.

LOVE HP products. Great screen. Love that it charges iphone - smart! Great quality and workmanship. Only wish it was made in the USA.

I bought this for my son to make educational videos and he loves it. Very powerful and has everything in it that you need. I will buy one for myself soon

We love our new desktop. It replaces one of ours that was zapped by lightning and we are thrilled with this computer. The screen is fabulous!

Fast set up that is needed for sewing applications. The screen gives good definition. Touch screen simplifies needed switching and links. The key board is difficult to use as the keys are small.

This setup is fast, functional and space saving. USB plugs, HDMI, and more. No disc drive but that seems to be the way of the future. Nice nice screen with great clarity.

Bought this computer for my wife and her photography business. She absolutely loves it. Sales man at the store was a great help

Bought this while on vacation in December 2019 because Microsoft was stopping upgrades/support to Windows 7. Before I could get it home to set it up, Best Buy soon closed due to Covid-19. Reading about all the problems w/ Windows 10 updates, can you believe I chose to take my chances with the outdated Windows 7? I didn't want to start a new OS with no Geek Squad help should I needed it! Getting ready to set it up now that BB is opening up now. Wish me luck!

It is very fast and has been stable and zero glitches so far .. Always nice to have new equipment that works perfect at set-up.

I love the computer, however the version of WIndows 10 used on this computer is awful. This version of Windows 10 partitions the computer in a very unmanageable way, which makes it very difficult to transfer data from a former computer. It took a week to be able to transfer the data over and required installing an earlier version of Windows 10.

The All in One desktop is great, but Windows 10 seems to be lacking. The 27” display actually was only a little larger than the 24” display model because of the thin bezel on the HP ENVY AIO.

So far this pc has been the best computer I've ever used. Touchscreen integrates in so nicely with regular typing functions.

Very fast. No issues at all. Very happy so far. Have always had good luck with HP products.

Replaced an HP Pavillion 27" All-in One (non Touch) with this Computer. Moved that computer to another location and still love it. The Envy is the fastest computer I have ever owned, boots up almost instantly thanks to the solid state drive. Touch screen is great as well. Spend the extra money for the SSD and memory.

I have been waiting to buy one of these and this was the one!!! So sleek. So fast. I HIGHLY recommend this computer.
