    I was so excited to get this computer. I opened it as soon as it arrived only to find a white HP with no camera or wireless charging- a completely different model. I had to settle for the HP Pavilion 27" since they didn't have this model in my store. It was a super disappointing experience considering this was my first time purchasing a HP computer.

    Open Box purchase, thought it was worth it to save couple hundred. Was excited to set it up got here really fast 2 day shipping. the AC power cord didnt want to stay put in back of the computer it kept coming out. so i had to return it to my local bestbuy and i got a refund. So sad they cant even check if its working or not, just a waste of time for me.

    I received a defective computer. Keybiard and mouse did not work...accoding to Geek Squad, keyboard and mouse reader was not working. Good service, bad comouter.

    charging station doesn't work all the time - esp after the take bck to store is up and the camera doesn't work that well either

    Excellent for multitasking running 5 programs at one time with no Slowdown great for online poker and other computer games the 4k display is outstanding . Wish I had 5 of them....thank you hp.

    I use this PC with Adobe Photoshop and it's not as fast as their boasting. Yes, I've removed bloatware and work mainly from my external hard drive. This thing will not even go into screensaver mode. I called HP and they said I'd have to pay for software support ... FOR A SCREEN SAVER ISSUE?!? No match for Apple Mac. My next desktop will be a Mac. Great for non heavy lifting projects. Would love to speak with HP about this issue.
