    within the first 2 weeks it has locked up several time, i had to reset factory settings due to the fact that by the end of the 2nd week, it would lock up several times throughout the day. i would not recommend and the advertising about gaming, dont buy into it. i do not game, i use it to review stocks, work on my businesses and research. truly disappointing.

    Bought this machine < yr ago. Turned it off. Went on vac. Came back.Tried to turn on, and nothing! Dead!

    Even HP confirmed its got an RTX 1650 in one review I saw here, but there is no such thing. This GPU will NOT support Ray-Tracing. It is a lie.
