This HP printer is so easy to set up, and even easier to use. I love the ease of using the HP Smart software to do all your printing, copying, faxing, and scanning jobs. In addition, the wireless feature supports print jobs sent from PC, laptop, pads, or cellphone using your WIFI network. Finally, the icing on the cake is the HP INSTANT INK service that is available for most HP printers. I have not had to buy ink since I received my printer. The cost savings is excellent. Very happy customer.

This is awesome printer in low budget. I am using it more than a year now and didn't see any issue. I also had good plan with HP on cartridges as well. I am happy with the product.

Very pleased with this printer - it does nice, high quality (non-photo) printing, offers a quiet operation mode, and the paper tray is located in the bottom of the unit for easy access without having your blank paper exposed to the elements (dust, etc). Set up was hassle free onto my wi-fi network for seamless printing from my mobile device, although getting it to work with Google Cloud Print took a couple extra steps but functions without error. Add in the fact that this works with HP's Instant Ink program, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Love, easy to hook up and excellent quality! it is a a HP wireless too. I can print from my cell phone too! How perfect is that. Now I don’t print a lot but it is there when I need it!

The printer is User friendly, easy to install. It is not too heavy and it fits just about anywhere. Very good quality printing and copying. I like the sleep mode feature.

This is a very good printer and easy to use. It was economical and actually prints quite well. One of the salesman recommended the printer and I am glad he did. It works quite well.

This is a really nice everyday printer/scanner/copier. I switched from a high-end Brother 4-in-one to this one. I didn't use the FAX, so I didn't need it. For the price, this printer does it all. I am using this printer with my HP Envy laptop. BEST: easy to install, WiFi capable, and it has a touch screen. This unit does not have an ADF, which is handy for copying & scanning multiple pages. So if that's a feature you need, this isn't for you. I decided I could do without ADF. Print speed is good, not too noisy when printing, easy to find ink cartridges. I am very happy with the HP Envy 5055.

This little printer is so cool! Lightweight, wireless and simple to use. We have it in a corner of our house and use it to print from several pc’s and phones.

For Ease of set up and print quality, a great buy for the money.. But if you're running the latest Mac OS Catalina the scan button on the printer itself is currently non functional. Calling HP they say its due to a security requirement form Apple that HP is currently working with. They say the functionality is due to be fixed in the near future, but so far no dice... You CAN scan from the Computer itself via the HP software, but compared to using the button on the unit itself its a multi step process that's not for the new to scanning. That being said if HP fixes this issue the printer would get a solid 5 star rating for ease of use and performance for the price.

Printer set up easily to my desktop computer and connected to wi-fi quickly. Printed copies are great and scanner works perfectly for pdf or jpg. It is being used for light home use.

Very easy to use printer. Its been almost a year and its still working perfectly. When searching for the printer i can instantly find it and print from my phone, which is awesome! Also I got a new computer and it popped up saying it found the printer, without even trying to look for it lol. Its fairly fast, the touch screen is small but its okay, the color is great! I print a lot for school and I have never had a paper come out with missing parts/ or washed out color like the printer i had previous. Its also sleek and looks good in my office :)

From Purchase to setup, my purchasing experience keeps me a repeat shopper at my local BB! But back to the purchase at hand, I have NEVER had an easier wireless printer setup then this HP! Now admittedly, my previous HP printer was a bit sketchy when it came to consistent wireless connectivity. But not an issue with this printer. Speed and performance of the print much better, I should mention I held out on updating my print, so I’m upgrading from a 3300 series of an HP. Nonetheless, all around great product oh and I should also mention the ink last just as long as my previous and is a third less the price!

This is just what my wife needed for home office. Set up was very easy. Quite mode is a nice feature. Does not take up too much space. Touch screen a plus. Also, great price on sale.

I've owned this printer for about a month now and so far I haven't had any issues with it. It prints very clear and very quickly. It has a quiet mode as well which I don't really have a use for but I tested it anyway and you almost can't hear it printing. If I weren't looking right at it and watching it print, I wouldn't have known something came out. It also has a little paper tray that stays hidden in the printer that you can pull out, just remember to pull that out while printing otherwise you'll have paper all over the floor. Overall a good purchase and very I'm happy with it.

Great printer. Always had HP. Function is sensitive, printing fast. User-friendly. I recommend this product. Ownrd printer for a month and it works well.

Prints great. Both wireless and via usb. Scanner is also great feature.. plus..for the price, It was cheaper to buy a new printer than hp ink refills for old printer..

For the price, the HP ENVY 5055 is a winner. It’s got a lot of functionality in a very compact and affordable package. What you miss out on is a lot of the glamour and speed of “nicer” printers, but it does what most people who only intermittently have copying, printing and scanning to do. To be clear, if you need something that will hold up to daily office use, go for a nicer product, but if your needs are minimal, this is a good way to meet them.

For the price, this is a great buy. It has all the feature I was looking for, like wireless printing, copying in color or black and white. The Ink cartridges are affordable too.

Basic color printer that was easy to install to desktop, tablet and smart phone. Great price, all the normal printing options are easy to get to, quiet and quality printing.
