This is a very good printer. My family and I love how easy it is to use, and it doesn’t take up a whole lot of space.

Easy setup, streamline product, and performed as expected. Love the product and the team at Best Buy who listened to my needs and directed me to this purchase.

This basic printer/scanner replaced an older model HP that had reached end-of-life. The software for the older model was a huge pain to install. This one was a breeze. Also, I'm very happy with the fact that it supports both wifi and USB connections. It's connected to my desktop machine via USB, and the rest of the house has access via wifi. Finally, there's an app for using it: for the first time, we can print seamlessly from our phones. Great product, for a great price.

The printer works well with a wireless connection. The print quality is good. I would give it five stars except we had a lot of difficulty set it up.

I was looking for a replacement to another HP all in one printer that I had for many years. Setup and installation was great and it has performed excellent.

I haven’t owned it for long but so far so good. It prints well and stays connected to my WiFi also. Good printer for the money. It’s very user friendly also.

Easy setup. Prints quickly and quietly. Paper tray holds a nice amount of paper so doesn’t require refilling often for light home printing.

This was a recommendation from a Best Buy retail associate when we suggested who the gift was for and how they were going to use it. If you need to print a lot of copies then you may want to purchase a different model. If you are going to print a few flyers, receipts from online shopping and pictures of family moments, then this is an economical choice. This was purchased a few days before it went on sale at a Black Friday like price and was able to return to the store and honored for the sale price. I highly recommend HP Printer. I own three several kinds.

It’s a simple but yet beyond my wildest imagination in regards to printers and the colors are high def beautiful, a steal for the price I paid for it.

Best printer I have had thus far. I ended up getting this printer at a great discount because it was the last available one. I couldn’t be more pleased with this product. It’s very easy to use, you download the hp smart app and you can do everything from your phone. It scans clearly and properly, I am able to even scan items from my phone and then print them. It’s easy to change ink cartridges and I haven’t had any issues with it at all. Would highly recommend!

I was pretty much last in line when "tech savy skills" were handed out, so if I was able to figure out how to connect this to an app on my phone, then you can too. I've used the app to scan pages to my phone and then email them to myself for printing. Love the 2-sided printing feature and the print quality. Participated in the automatic ink refills program and received new cartridges about a week after using the printer. I think it was too soon, but it's nice to have them already on hand when the cartridges run out. Highly recommend.
