So far, so good. Decent printer at a fair price. I like the Instant Ink option. Now I never have to run get a ink cartridge. Print quality has been good. No complaints.

This was a great value printer. Seems to print everything great and copies and scans too. It isn't a high volume or pristine print but it works great for our needs.

This printer provides all my home needs and it is very compact. I have been buying HP printing products for over 20 because they function well and they are user friendly.

Printer price was awesome but unfortunately I had to return it as my computer and the printer could not communicate. Not your fault, Best Buy. Thanks again for being there!

Quality printer at a good price. Prints pictures well. Good for general printing. Small tray but easy enough to just put more paper in. No auto scanning though.

Got it on thanksgiving deal. The print quality is awesome and overall dimensions are compact. Happy with this especially at the price I bought it for.

Soooo excited when received, read the instructions, downloaded the app... and everything was smoothing sailing. Printing from my phone.. scanning .. then .. all of sudden it stop printing. Read instructions to troubleshoot and still nothing. Return the printer to factory setting to start again and still nothing. When it was working, it printed documents very well, front and back feature, quiet printing... I would have given a 5 start but I need to figure out why it stopped .

My shopping experience was great, but then when I tried to install the Webroot security software Best Buy recommended and insured me it would work on my computer, it would not install because the computer has Windows 10 2 and blocked the installation. I had specifically asked if this would be a problem and was told it would not be a problem. So now, I have to go back to the store for a consultation appointment with a Geek Squad member (after talking to a Geek Squad member I was directed to via Webroot). If you design and sell a security product, make sure it will install correctly.

It does so many things I’m happy I don’t need to go anywhere I can be home and do everything I need to do it’s fast it’s Efficient its great

This is a great printer! It may not have a lot of extra gadgets, but the print is excellent. Prints fast too. I really love it. And the sale price was great too.

This came as a highly recommended item and I absolutely agree. Great print quality, especially for my Cricut projects.

This is a pretty good printer for it's price point. Make sure you have it on a stable surface as it can shake a bit while printing. It has all the basics you'd need (print, copy, and scan) but doesn't include an ADF (automatic document feed) for scanning. Single page only for this model. But it will duplex (print both sides of the paper) your printing needs. I'm not thrilled with a tri-color ink tank, but now that I'm retired, I have a lot less printing needs so it shouldn't be problem. If you print a lot, I'd consider getting a printer with separate tank colors.

Great printer. Two years of perfect service. At the two year point won't print from computer. I'll keep trying

Easy to set up. Very happy with this purchase and definitely would recommend it. We linked several devices to it so everyone in the family has easy access to it.

Had an issue where it wouldn’t connect wirelessly to print had to reset it twice and worked fine prints are nice and clean no ink bleeding would recommend

I have been using this product from day 1 on my purchase. Prints are really good. Noticed the very first free inks prints only very less prints. i subscribed to instant ink, they sent one set of inks. Both sets of inks ( 2 Block and 2 color inks) gave me only 263 prints ( 160 black and white + 103 color) . that's bit disappointing , HP didn't send me the ink before my ink runout. its taking 7 to 10 days to receive the ink. till that date I can't print anything.

This printer was exactly what I hoping for in a new printer. Simple All-in One printer with a low cost. Not top of the line but good enough for my basic needs.

Good printer with sufficient features for small home office. Nice and easy setup. Wireless printing works perfectly. Scanning in multiple formats works great!

We are enjoying the new printer it works very well and for something that we do not need to use everyday but it also helps with the kids and their school work

This is a pretty good printer that meets the needs of our home. We mainly print and scan documents, and the occasional picture. Setup was easy, and we are trying out HPs Instant Ink subscription service. Time will tell on that one, but it seems like a good value. Keeping it from five stars is the lack of dedicated photo paper tray, and the touch screen is underwhelming. But for a basic "all-in-one" this is a good buy. Especially if you get it on sale.
