Short and compact. Great product. Fast. Not that quiet on quiet mode but quiet enough not to be super loud or loud. Fast. Easy to use. Set up was hard. Got it on Black Friday. Cant beat that price.

This printed is the most easy to install. Is a small print and fix very well in small space. The bluetooth connect is quick and fast. Quick printing and clear picture. Is excellent.

Its been a week I am using this and I am satisfied with what it delivers. For the price(34$) its worth buying. I don't think the two sided/Duplex printing at least for this device is behaving as expected. Even if you have two sided setting, it just pulls and prints every single page from your document in each individual pages. It works fine if you just have the right set of pages alone in your tray (again you have to manually open your tray and feed it again for the other side) This makes things fuss but apart from this, I am happy overall with the product. Easy setup and you are ready to go in minutes with the HP smart app.

This printer lives up to its promises. It’s economical, and once you read the direction, easy to use. It’s compact enough to sit in a corner unobtrusively and prints quite quietly.

Absolutely love this printer! Smaller than my previous unit and much quieter. I love the ink ready process - it makes it so much easier and you are less likely to be out of ink!

Excellent equipment for the money. Auto double sided printing, large capacity paper try, works great wirelessly and through the app. Very sleek and clean looking as well.

Bought this as a second/back up printer. Since the pandemic and working from home a single printer was just not working out. Bought this to speed things up. Easy to use and set up. Ink refills are hard to find but HP has an optional program you can join, costs a couple of bucks a month based on printer usage, and they will mail you ink before you run out. A nice feature if you need it. It doesn't have a document feeder but that isn't too important if you don't do a lot of scanning or copying. I don't so my wife gets the printer with all the bells and whistles. The output, both print and scan image, is pretty good. Suits my needs.

Nice printer. Good quality, quick and quiet. Pages come out smoothly and with good color. Doesn't take up a lot of space. I would recommend for student or home office.

We have had this printer for a couple of weeks. So far use has been light. It was purchased to add a printer two a second work station in our home that is intended for school use. In the past we have had all work stations print to our HP LaserJet m281fdw. When comparing to the laser, the inkjet has more vibrant blacks and colors. My wife thinks the Envy 5070 printer has better print and graphics than the LaserJet. Only thing is that the cost per page printed is much higher with inkjet. The ENVY was easy to install on all workstations. It was also easy to NOT accept the instaInk subscription service.

It's not an easy set up for people who are not very tech ready. It prints great but the set up was not fun. I love that I can connect it with my phone. One day I needed to print something and it kept telling me that I needed to reinstall drivers for it. I was completely lost on what to do. I got pretty frustrated but finally uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and it started working after about 2 hours working with it. I mean I guess I'm just not tech savvy. This would probably be super easy for some people but me not so much. I wish it was easier to understand.

Awesome printer with easy set up. Connects easily, prints fast and i enjoy the feature of being able to print from anywhere by emailing the printer.

Brought this printer home yesterday, after our HP 7525 (from 2013) broke down (paper feed mechanism plastic gear irreparably snapped into pieces). It was a great printer; lasted over 7 years. Can still use it for traditional scanning & faxing. I did the homework on various options, and this all in one printer seemed like the best compromise of features vs. cost. So far so good. A bit time consuming, but relatively easy to set up. You just need to be patient as you set it up, one by one, on the various household computers, cell phones, tablets; etc. We have 6 devices; so it took a while (nuanced differences). Print quality is good, via wireless connection from the various devices, which was the most important short term measure. As can be imagined, some things that have changed over the last 7 years regarding technology advances. There are 2 things to be aware of: 1) There is no phone wire connection for traditional "faxing"; there is an alternative approach using the HP Smart app on cell phone. 2) There are no ports for an SD card, or flash drive for tradition "scanning"; again there is an alternative approach using the HP Smart app on your phone, computer or tablet. In principle, I should give a 5 start rating, based on what I have seen. For the time being, I am just a bit uncomfortable regarding the newer "alternative" approaches for scanning and faxing. Will revisit the review if I run into problems. Again, so far so good.

Easy setup and great print quality! I only use this for documents, not photo's so keep that in mind with the reference to quality. It is easy to use right out of the box. Don't forget to purchase ink as the samples that are included will only get you through a few sheets! Using it bluetooth through my phone is a Godsend! So much simpler than going to a computer to print something. Highly recommend! This is my second Envy - great price so I bought a spare!

Perfect printer for my basic needs. Easy to set up, b &w/color, scans, copies & most importantly I can print from my printer, iPhone, iPad. Very pleased.

Setup was easy, so far so good. I've have used it about 4 times and the quality is satisfactory. I was also able to setup printing from my cell phone.

Took some time to set it up. Even after the printer got added to my online account, it needs to be setup again when using with a different PC/mobile. The overall print and scan quality is pretty good. I love the design, very sleek and modern. The build quality does not seem very superior, the plastic feel cheap and I feel I might break it if I am not careful. Good for someone looking for a budget printer for home use.
