The printer was easy to set up and install through the hpsmart app. Had no trouble at all and does what I need it too. Not the fastest printer but works great.

Great printer got it on sale for $35. Perfect for my use. I print a few docs here and there kids projects or kraft. Great value, very fast printer.

Easy directions to set up. It can be done in less than 5 minutes. It was also easy to set up instant ink. That was something I had issues with in the past.

This printer does the work required for home need. Only thing to keep in consideration is we need to use HP brand papers to get best quality prints.

Nice printer for simple home use at a great price. But setting this baby up requires a fair amount of knowledge and is not easily done by a novice computer user like me. So I had the Geek Squad come out and set up my new computer and new printer. As i watched an expert set up the system, I confirmed that the process was way above my "Pay Grade" and I could not have done it myself. Bottom line, the printer is very nice and makes nice copies. But setting it up was something else as there was little guidance from any paperwork accompanying the printer.

Was fairly easy to get it up and running. Wanted a wireless printer that worked with all my devices ,ie, phone,tablet ,pc and laptop. This printer does that and does a reasonably good job. There's only one feature that doesn't work to date is the printers email? Just does not work and not much troubleshooting support. For a reasonably priced printer, would recommend this printer. Too early to report on the instant ink feature, sounds good, we'll see!

The best printer I’ve ever had and the ink subscription is great if you’re in school or work from home. The way it prints is quality unlike my last Canon.
