HP great warranty coverage

I did have a defective printer head issue about 60 days into ownership. However, I was extremely please with HP warranty coverage. They spent about 30 min with me trouble shooting g then offer serval different way to get a replacement. I was very happy as I had a new unit in 2 days! Also check out the "never-out" ink program as it is so slick.
