Got the best deal fir it too! I think it was $30 something dollars when i bought it! Prints photos well too. I wish it was still sold and at the deal price. If it sells again, i’d buy like 3 backups for no reason

Note: this is a very basic printer. I wouldn’t want to print lots of sheets on this printer. That being said, it’s very functional with nice features, but a limited printer at best. No need to downgrade stars though. It serves it’s purpose.

needed a printer for the office that was not a high cost as I do not use it that much. This printer has really been great. I love the double sided printing which saves on paper. you can also scan and fax this is an all in one printer.

Copier print is too small/not well lit for those who have vision issues! Out of ink already and the owners manual DOESN'T TELL. YOU THE SIZE TO BY ANYWHERE!! SO, BOTTOM LINE, I CANNOT USE IT WITHOUT PROPER INK. All I have is a number on a little plastic tag (65) that I cut off the wrapper at installation. Now I have to go to the store (germy) and see if there is someone there who can point me to the proper ink. I will try to access info on line, but as Josh knows, I'm not really good at that! HE DID an excellent job installing it! Thanks for the chance to vent. If anyone reads this today, please let me know asap.

Outstanding printer that delivers as promised. Joined the ink cartridge replacement program! Nearly blew my mind that the machine sends info when it’s time to replace the ink and sends the cartridges to my home. Amazing!

Great, in expensive printing solution. Put this in for an 85 year old friend so she has printing, scanning capabilities. When I told her she could print from her phone or her kids could email directly to it she was truly amazed.

Couldn’t pass it up. For the few times I need to print in color. This works perfectly for. Only down side is the ink cartridges are pretty small will see how long they last.

Being used among multiple devices, did the manual set up, worked well. Paper tray is a little too light weight, hope is stands up to the test of time. Have not used it much yet, it replaced an Epson that was APITA.

The ink that brings run out with a few prints. Over all it works great with wireless and sometimes you don’t have to download an app, it prints straight from the phone.

This is a nice little printer for home use. Took a while to set up. My only complaints are the paper tray is awkward to open and I wish it would turn off with just the button instead of having to use the screen.

Not to sure on the printer cartridges deal from HP. Will have to give it some time as HP is noted to almost give the printers away to get the ink supply. This was definitely true for my HP office 7500 series.

I like this printer even though I have a problem with it printing wireless sometimes .... so to solve that problem I bought the printer cable. Other then that it's awesome and I got it on sale ... great deal

Best and simple printer I ever bought,prints pretty first even without WiFi in the house.Only two ink cartridges versus canon which comes with four.I have recommended to few friends since I bought it and they love it

Set up was not as easy as I expected. Finally called HP and was told drivers were out of date. I just purchased this at Best Buy so was surprised. HP support updated the drivers and the printer works beautifully.

Picked this up for a steal on Black Friday! The quality of HP Printers are second to none. Will only buy HP! Best Buy is our family’s go to for all electronics, they have the best return policies and best prices!

i liked this printer and got a very good price on it was replacing an older printer and was quite surprised to see how the technology had improved over the years

one of the only products ive purchased from best buy that i am not 100% impressed with. uses a super amount of ink and is touchy with getting print jobs completed, slow and awkward.

This is a very good printer. The only complaint I have is the paper tray is very small and is on the bottom of the printer so you almost have to lift it up to put paper in. All other features are great.

I should have asked the Geek Squad installer more questions on how to use my printer. Have to read directions to ee if I can figure out what I'm doing wrong. If cannot figure out I'll call Geek Squad.

It works OK but was very hard to set up. Right now it is trying to connect to a router, and not getting anywhere. I am using a USB cord. HP printers are not a seasy to work with as they used to be.
