Too difficult to get working

I read reviews of others having issues and I figured it couldn't really be that bad - well, I'm here to tell you, yes it is. The initial "installation" seemed to be a breeze and I was very confident it would be up and running shortly. I was very wrong. It kept saying driver unavailable but I had downloaded all it had asked me to. I searched online for answers, I searched YouTube for a resolution and nothing would work. I got on chat with the Geek Squad and they too, were no help. They offered to remote into my computer and after I agreed, they then told me it was unavailable. Then they offered to set me up for an in-store appointment to address the issue. If I were to go through all of the trouble to drive back to the store, I would be happier returning it. I'm quite tech-savvy and this was just ridiculous. I would never recommend this printer to anyone. It was such an unnecessary headache and if I couldn't get it up and working today, I was going to return it.
