I got an error message about 2 weeks after I got my instant ink cartridge and it wouldn’t let me print. It was driving me crazy. Once I got someone from HP to help me they were able to troubleshoot with me.

Print quality is perfectly fine. However, inability to connect to wireless router, stupid HP Smart software and ink process make using this stupid printer intolerable. Never able to get wireless printing set up. Now the stupid thing won't shut down without unplugging the power supply, which requires doing an alignment page every time it reboots. Total pain to use this printer for simple, home printing.

Not thrilled with this product as seems to always have to be restarted to print anything no phone number to contact service so you have to do this on your phone. Would I recommend no!

the ink either dried up or the it was not a full cartridge on the intial purchase, because i only used it a few times and I have to purchase a new cartridge in January 2021

Good printer, very compact and has lots of extra features but the ink cartridges are comically small and you can't find cheap aftermarket ones online either.

Printer works ok. Often need to reconnect it to the computer. Also have to use hp smart app to scan I stead of the pro get buttons. Paper tray doesn't hold much

The ink runs out kind of quickly and I can't connect the printer to the HP Smart app on my phone to scan with the phone. At least it connects to the computer.

Unsure its still in the box, box is nice, holds everything properly in it. Only purchased for the cheap price and my old hp not updating anymore

I like the printer, but really needed a more high volume printer for the work I do. The printer is great, but didn't quite fit my needs.

Compact but laggy and some issues at 1st setting up. Only bought this as a fast replacement

Would not buy again!! good for home small jobs Ink runs on any type of paper even after changing settings. Will not connect to home lab top.

You need to create an HP account to use the app. It started to print blue instead of black although the black ink wasn't over.

Its a good printer setting up was okay but on 4th time printing i had to uninstall and reinstall has been ok since then.

Very user friendly. Reason for rating is the ink runs out extremely fast.

Prints very slow, not good scan quality. But better at that price not the best. I am thinking I might spend lot of money on ink.

I returned this printer due to slow print speeds and I was not happy with it at all. I would not recommend this printer.

Looks good works good for low volume. For high volume get a laser printer.

Quite annoying that only devices with the HP app can use this printer in my home.
