This is by fat the worst printer I have owned. I have only been able to print from it a few times. Although it is connected to my wifi, it can't be found on the network. It disconnects itself seemingly at random, then suddenly works again. So, I purchased this in October, and now, in June, HP screens out customer service requests and I get an automated response that I am out of warranty and my only option is basically to check on the Internet to see what I can find out there, in the way of "support"...I am so disappointed

Takes too long to scan document and print quality is bad. There was a stupid large sticker on the top that leaves a residue when removed. Only recommend if you can get it for at least half off.

Chews through ink and has issues being detected over the wi-fi. Sometimes even after 'waking up' the printer it needs to be powered off and on before it will be detected.

Printer worked greatly when first set up. When printer went to sleep, I could not get it to connect to my phone or computer. I returned it. Not worth aggravation in trying to print.

Uses way to much ink. The colors are of poor quality. Holds very little paper. Biggest issue is poor print quality. Would not buy another one.

I waited to set up the printer because i didn't need it right away. I bought it in November and hooked it up in August. 4 days later I get an error code and the printer does not work. HP support is ridiculously hard to get in touch with. So looks like I'm out of luck with this one. I waited too long to open it to return it to the store. Bummer, I'll consider this a learning lesson. Don't buy HP because there's no support and open your stuff and test it when you buy it.

Worst HP product ever. If you do not sign up for the expensive HP ink program as soon as you turn on the printer it disables the software so you cannot link your computer to the printer. After hours of struggling and then reading online about this same problem had by other users, it gave me great satisfaction to throw this in the trash and hear the compactor grind it up. I will never buy an HP product again.

I purchased this model over the cheaper brand. It is really cheaply made. Getting paper in & out is difficult & the drawer is so flimsy it feels like it's gonna break everytime you shove it closed. The little arm that yiu pull out to catch the printed pages is a joke. One bump & im sure it would break off. Not happy with this purchase. Especially because I paid more for the brand name.

Basic document printer. Nothing to great besides cheap. HP ink is ridiculously expensive. Print quality is a 4 out of 10.

Is a great printer with good quality but to be honest the ink doesn't last enough and also is kind of expensive to get new Cartridges

I hate HP printers! Why must I create an HP account and get spammed by them just to scan and print on my own printer. My kids don't need to be spammed by them and bombarded with ads to buy prints online. This is terrible!!!!! And their bloat-ware only seems to let this work on newer computers.

This product was recommended by sales staff for iMac. HP does not support the product for use with iMac. Returned product.

I am not happy with this model at all and will be returning it. The photos are of a very poor quality and you have to put the photo paper in and remove the letter size paper every time you want to copy a photo. The printing on regular paper is just ok. I had another model and it was so much better. Have been happy with HP products in the past. Would not recommend this model Envy 5070.

Worst printer I've ever bought! It lasted 3 months and then it started printing with a white line across the sentence. Put in new ink and it did the same thing. Geek Squad came and didn't believe that I put in new ink and wrote it in their report!! So I am stuck with a new printer that doesn't work. Best Buy would not take it back!!

It was cheap but it stopped working properly after a short time.

This is the kind of printers you get just to resolve an issue. Not the best but not that bad.

Worst. Printer. EVER!!!!!! I had it a couple of months before I even took it out of the box then used it a dozen times over the last 6 months. Now it won't work, even after a number of do-it-yourself fixes. It's too late to return it and it was too cheap to spend the money on paying to have it repaired. Absolute JUNK!

1 Star is for Best Buy. They have given my order to someone else. I really don't know how come they give to someone else when they say we will have to bring government id. So does it mean BestBuy gave without verifying? This is really bad and i am on call for long hours and still no resolution. This will be the end of my business with Best Buy.

Had Geek Squad hook up printer on 10/31, printed out a few items and now not printing. Geek squad coming out on 11/25 to correct problem. Called Geek on 11/19 and couldn’t walk me through the problem !! Might be too early to give an accurate review in all fairness.

This thing is horrible for the price. Print quality isn't great and you will only get about 30 pages printed before you need ink. Definitely wouldn't recommend it and it's not worth the price. Won't stay connected via the app HP forces you to download.
